GoogleJames was fantastic throughout the process of our recent flat sale. The sale was protracted and difficult at times but James handled it very professionally and patiently from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend the Oaks Streatham branch to sell your house or flat.

GoogleJames and the Oaks team in Streatham sold my flat last year. James did a great job in chasing further up the chain and finding out what the actual situation was with the house we were buying. Having now purchased another property and realised that this isn't always the case with estate agents, it's clear James really did go above and beyond to try and ensure we had a clear picture of the situation at the top of the chain. We are grateful to James, Michael and the Oaks team for their support and would recommend.

GoogleThey were great at finding tenants for my 3 bed flat rather quick but within a few days I started having problems with my tenants. The help I had from the manager in letting in particular was very poor and eventually just ignored my calls and my only point of contact was the general reception. I was told misinformed information about how eviction works too. The later team that took over at mid 2023 was pleasant and better to deal with but the letting team at start of 2022 was not good at all and I could not recommend them.
