GoogleI just want to thank Victoria for her help and her patience with me! She found the perfect place for me. Thank you Victoria I really appreciate your help and your professionalism

FacebookI wouldn't recommend, their head of property management, is very verbally abusive to people online and uses derogotory slurs relating to women, LGBTQ, and race. You should fire him before he continues to misrepresent your organisation online. He's bringing your image down with his bad behaviour!

GoogleMy partner and I bought our first home with Oaks and we are happy with the experience. Michael was very helpful throughout the process.

GoogleWe sold our house through the Oaks Streatham branch. Despite the first sale eventually falling through, James and Kane found us a buyer extremely quickly and negotiated a great price for us. The second attempt at securing a buyer took a little longer but we secured the sale relatively quickly and painlessly, which we were thankful for. The team were always responsive and helpful throughout the process, despite it being a less than straightforward journey. I'd recommend Oaks.

GoogleWe have been working with Oaks Estate Agents for over a year now and I can honestly say that the team are great and I would highly recommend them. A special mention to Alex in property management, as we believe she brings so much order and a level of excellent to the well keeping of the properties.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Oak's and have been very impressed with the service provided from start to finish. Elias was very professional and supportive throughout, especially when liaising with solicitors, allowing the process to move along quickly and smoothly. We would certainly recommend Oaks for any prospectus buyers. Many thanks for all the support!

TrustpilotAvoid this estate agent at all cost
Avoid this estate agent as they are among the least competent in the industry. Save your money and time by steering clear of them. After being involved in a deal for three months, we ultimately decided to withdraw. The agents are unresponsive and conceal many anomalies of the houses. Their primary aim seems to be putting "sold" signs in front of houses to secure their commissions. Therefore, please beware!

TrustpilotAwful experience
Horrible experience viewing property with them. More time spent in boasting about 15yr experience rather than understanding the requirements. Also denied a viewing because I left a 1 star review after the experience. Awful experience!

GoogleI've had a very good experience with Oaks thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Samyul and Monika. They were both attentive, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my time letting one of their properties was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and professional letting agent.

GoogleHighly recommend , simply because the team are very respectful and caring .. costumer service on point ! I was quite nervous and stressed as we all know renting properties can be very frustrating sometimes , however oaks , specially ‘ RAYAAN HAFEEZ‘ made it less stressful .
