GoogleFrom start to finish, Oaks were professional and truly engaged with what we, the customer, wanted to achieve. Prompt and always available, never once were we in the dark. The sale took a little longer than hoped (solicitors stuff) but they were superb the whole way through, ensuring we were kept up to date. Highly recommended

GoogleOaks looked after the sale of our flat in Streatham Common. We had worked with two other estate agents who hadn't been getting the viewings or the right prospective buyers in. Oaks came on board and we felt looked after from the beginning- the viewings never slowed down despite a sticky market and the communication was excellent. The entire team at Oaks worked hard to get our place sold and we can't recommend them highly enough.

James, Steven and Kane found us a buyer relatively quickly and negotiated a great price for us. The team were always responsive and helpful throughout the process and kept us fully updated as to progress. I have therefore no hesitation in recommending Oaks Estate agents.

GoogleWe chose to sell our flat in Streatham (in Summer 2017) through Oaks because we were impressed at their performance in the area. The staff we dealt with were impressively hard-working and courteous. Frequency and ease of communication was excellent throughout. Once offers had been made and accepted, Oaks were surprisingly pro-active and helpful in the steps towards completion, too. It was a refreshing experience compared to other estate agents I've dealt with in the past. We would recommend.

GoogleThe team at Oaks have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The service has always been polite, professional and most importantly honest. They got an offer on our property within a very short period of time in a tougher market and kept us informed throughout the process. Where there was any obstacles , they went above and beyond to smooth things over and get it back on the right track. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleHaving dealt with many estate agents over the years, I can truly say that this is the worst experience I've ever had. I thought working with an independent firm would allow a more personal touch and that they would act with more integrity and honour than some of the bigger corporate companies. WRONG! The director of the company made all sorts of promises to guarantee his commission, but they were in fact lies and he showed his profound lack of integrity and honour when it came to it. Working with Oaks has cost me an awful lot of money, I feel completely screwed over by them and would never recommend them to anyone. AVOID!

GoogleWe recently moved in our new rented flat through Oaks Estate Agents. I have to say it was one of the most pleasant experience I had with real estate agents since me and my girlfriend started looking for a place to move in. The agent who showed me the place was very professional and ready to provide information even after the first viewing. After our offer was accepted the transaction went smoothly, including the referencing process through Homelet (which also offer good insurance deal). Even after you move in Oaks Estate promptly reply to any email regarding contacts with the landlord or any other issue you may have. Very pleasant and professional service. 5/5

Do not use them if you want to buy a property. STAY AWAY I would recommend Mr. Okafor or Mr. Byrne to speak with their team and really define clear rules and teach them how to speak with people. They don't have even the basics. Save yourself time and money!!
