Honest advice, an accurate valuation and an excellent sales team helped us secure an acceptable offer in just over a week of listing. Our property was in Streatham and they know the area and market incredibly well. Their rates are also very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

I've bought and sold multiple properties and I have to say that I've never felt that an agency has worked so hard and efficiently to sell one of my properties. Googlewe were the tenant for 2 years , everything is good before renting . they rent us nice house when we start using heating damp come out, everything it was cover. we was waiting even 5 months for changing leaking tap. They are keeping our deposit 54 days and still I don't know when I will get it back , very hard contact with them.

Top quality service, best valuation around and managed to achieve me full asking price in a short time frame. Only a change of personal circumstances stopped me from proceeding with the offer, but can't recommend enough. Big thanks to the team!

GoogleAlthough they were not hired by me but by my seller, Charlotte and the whole team at Oaks was fantastic, chasing agents, solicitors and management companies daily in order to progress with the sale/purchase tricky chain (2 exchanges and completions on the same day!) as fast possible. Without them I would probably be still waiting for the process and issues to be solved. Thank you guys!

It was nice to deal with a local Streatham estate agent that seems to genuinely care about the area. Gabriel, the managing director, was great to work with, as was lettings agent Enrico, who did a good job and was very dedicated.

Apart finding the buyer (of course!), it was extremely easy to get hold of the team, get feedback from viewings as well as the team had developed a good relationship with a buyer and kept a good eye on the conveyancing process.
