GoogleThe sales team in Oaks at Streatham are amazing people, professional, friendly, helpful, they are on point with their customer service. They have a reassuring natural approach they helped to sell my property within 3 months, which is wonderful as some of my neighbours has been trying to sell their home with other estate agents and six years later are still awaiting to hear those magical words - an offer has been made. I highly recommend if your looking for a smooth move with a company who has your back and are at the end of a phone to resolve all your concerns - don't look any further - save yourself time and hassle, contact Oaks Estate Agents and let all your tension flow away and get ready to start a new chapter in your life. GoogleHaving dealt with many estate agents during both the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house I can honestly say Oaks was definitely the best of the bunch! Kane in particular was excellent and really listened to what I was looking for, which meant I wasn’t wasting time at viewings. He was also very proactive at following up with all parties post offer and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I would happily recommend Oaks to friends and family.

GoogleHad a really positive experience with Oaks estate agents on our first house purchase. They were always contactable and were so on it with chasing up our solicitor on behalf of us when we were waiting on reports from them, even Gabriel the MD would regularly get in touch with them to try and ensure we could exchange & complete as quick as possible. This was really appreciated as our solicitor was very slow with most things! Due to them being a smaller estate agent it definitely felt like we had a more personable experience and they helped us through the home buying process. Would definitely recommend using them as a buyer as they were so prompt with replies on the many questions we had!

GoogleTerrible experience as first time buyers, hounded daily to try to rush the transaction through and get their fee, along with frequent miscommunications and mistakes. Emailed to give feedback (and to let them know that the board still reading "for sale" was still up outside the house) and wasn't even dignified with a response. 0/10 would not recommend

GoogleI bought my flat through Oaks Streatham this Spring. I was really impressed by their speed of response, and support, particularly in the slightly stressful last-minute stages of the stamp duty holiday window. Gabriel seemed really on top of things, liaising between me, the vendors and the lawyers to make sure things progressed as they should be, it felt organised and he definitely proved his value as an agent. I initially viewed the flat (and also other flats) with Steven, and his area knowledge and genuine interest in property was reassuring and felt honest. The fact that they’re a smaller company with specialist knowledge of specific south London areas is no doubt a strength of theirs, and it makes you feel valued. I’ve dealt with a number of Streatham agents in the past year, and I’d now actively choose Oaks in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI chose Oaks to deal with the rental of my property as they were from the start super professional but also friendly. They know their local area unlike some. From Gabriel initially viewing my flat to Enrico with the process of finding tenants I could not fault their service which went above and beyond. They found me lovely tenants on the first day of viewings and competently dealt with all until they handed over the keys. I bought a gorgeous property and I experienced a personalised and friendly service throughout this important transition period. They are on hand to answer calls whenever you need them and will always respond to queries in a timely manner. GoogleIf I could give a 0 star review they would get it. We had by far the worst experience I've ever encountered with estate agents with Oaks estate agents of Streatham. We had agreed to let a 4 bedroom house with them and we were told the day before that the landlord had dropped out of the agreement and we couldn't move in. This left 4 of us homeless with a day's notice....we had even signed a tenancy agreement but apparently this wasn't signed by the landlord!!! Communication was pathetic and they witheld lots of information from us essentially leading us down a path they new was risky with a dodgy landlord without any paperwork. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!!

I had an awful experience buying a house through Oaks. We were lied to during the viewing about what was included in the sale. And during the process of purchase we were continually lied to and inappropriately pressured and threatened that we would loose the property if we didn't provide documents by certain dates.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted with this company. They sent me an unsolicited request to market my property, but they were such cheapskates they didn't even put a postage stamp on the envelope. So royal mail asked me to pay the postage £2 to get their unsolicited mail delivered. If I'd have known what the mail was I would have told them to keep it. Note to self don't pay for unpaid postage. Note to Oaks if I want you to market my property I'll contact you myself!

Their staff have kept us informed as to what is happening and resolving any problems that may have arisen with the sale of our properties. Everyone was very helpful, offering professional guidance and support particularly when we had an issue at one of the properties. GoogleI purchased a property through Oaks and would certainly recommend them as a stand-out agency in Streatham. The service received by Stephen during the viewings was professional, efficient and honest, as was negotiation handled by James. We had a tricky leasehold sale that delayed the transaction and Gabriel worked tirelessly to keep the vendor on-board and without his input the matter would almost certainly have fallen through. I would highly recommend purchasing a property through Oaks and wouldn't hesitate to market my current property with them, when the time comes!
