The Team at Oaks Estate Agents, Streatham High Road SW16 did their best with utmost care about our predicament and supported us through it all. It was a difficult moment to get reference and ID for Tenancy agreement but for 14 days they held the property for us and ensure they stood between us and the Landlord. Victoria was in charge of the letting and she was very professional and ensure successful handover of keys despite not being in office, by assigning other team member to complete the process. At the end, it is now history and we have moved in at last. OO

We sold our home through the Streatham branch and thought James and his team did a fantastic job. We had a buyer lined up with a previous agent until it fell through in September 2022, after which we changed agent to Oaks. They managed to find a new buyer during a challenging time for the flat market and were amazing at staying on top of communications with us and the buyer to ensure the sale went through asap - this was a point of service significantly lacking with our previous chose of agent. The team was very responsive and I felt always acted in our best interest. Would definitely recommend.

Tori was so helpful and lovely throughout the whole process of looking for a house and negotiating with the landlords. We unfortunately had some issues at the flat we are renting. The management team and especially Samyul helped resolved this as soon as possible and contacted the contractors. The team seems to have a good relationship with the landlord so it was easy to organise the works that were needed. Samyul went above and beyond to respond to us, even outside of working hours and on bank holiday.

Really unprofessional agency with low grade agents. I put in an offer of a flat to be told that the vendor was unresponsive. They said as soon as they get in touch with the vendor, they will put the offer and get back in touch. I then discover that they had contacted the vendor, did not put the offer forward and sold it to someone else.

Mr Enrico Ricketts, a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Oaks Estate Agents, did my day when I called him. Just imagine that you are a foreigner and know almost nothing about the rental process in the UK, but you have a strict deadline and high requirements. Mr Enrico is who you need. I highly recommend this man and can rate his service as excellent.

They are the agents for the house we're renting. Overall good experience. We had two viewings (One online video + walkthrough, one F2F.) and Oaks were patient with us, when we had to wait for paperwork. Therondo really went out of his way, organizing handover of the keys in the evening of a bank holiday! The only downside with Oaks was communication with the landlord, which -despite us bringing it up early- was only established when too late to align certain details (both sides could have saved £, had we exchanged plans earlier).
