GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with the girls at Newington estates in Marylebone. They offer a very helpful and friendly service letting my flat on Upper Wimpole ST, W1. Nothing was too much for them. I would definately use them again. There were no issues from the start of my tenancy until the end including retrieving my deposit. 10 out of 10 thank you Matt & Suzy

GoogleWonderful and attentive agents. I was worried about the transition from my old place to the property I was renting from Newington Estates, but the staff were so helpful to the point of allowing me to collect keys after hours. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleTerrible experience with this company. It is obvious that the estate agents are motivated solely by the commission they earn and that they do not care about tenant experience. Expect an uphill battle with your landlord as this company will consistently disappoint you as they attempt to appease their primary source of income (landlords).
