GoogleTerrible experience with this company. It is obvious that the estate agents are motivated solely by the commission they earn and that they do not care about tenant experience. Expect an uphill battle with your landlord as this company will consistently disappoint you as they attempt to appease their primary source of income (landlords).

GoogleThe agents are really helpful and patient. Max and Sanam helped me a lot when I was renting a flat with them. Unlike other chain agencies, they are really responsive and efficient in all the stages. And throughout the process the communication went smoothly. Though there were some minor problems with the flat itself, Sanam helped me to solve them really quickly. It's the best agency I've ever worked with. 100% recommended!

GoogleHighly unprofessional staff, trying their best to blame you for any pre-existing malfunctioning in property. Doesn't want to take any responsibility. They are sweet only until you get trapped by their agents andnsign and agreement.

Dear Nausheen Please could you contact me to discuss this rental @ hello@newingtonestates.com or 07723550993. I have looked through your inventory report which shows the your apartment was left untidy for which you were charged £150 (this is much less than over local agents charges for a professional clean) and you were charged £60 for 5 missing cushions. These deductions were recommended to us by the independent inventory clerk who visited your apartment and were requested by the landlord. If you were able to contact me, I will be happy to look into this further and see if I can assist you further.

GoogleExcellent experience renting a new flat with Newington London Estate Agents. Good service from the whole team, fast and efficient and they helped me secure an excellent rental property. I worked closely with Clement Meguele who was very professional, showed me some quality properties and ultimately helped me negotiate and land the property that I wanted. They were far from the 'estate agent stereotype' as you could get.Marco in particular offered helpful guidance, advice and support throughout.
