My partner let her flat through Mountgrange Hetitage. Big mistake.Not only they wouldn’t do much, but the little they did was to get non existent problems fixed at high rates.The tenants were also a nightmare, very demanding and everything had to be now, despite there were things that had to be done by the freeholder.Despite we were paying fees for running the place it seemed they were siding with the tenants against us, and sometimes it seemed we were doing their job.It got to a stage where we could not cope dealing with the agent and the tenants and we had to serve notice longer than the legal time.We would never let them managing our place nor recommend anybody to use their services.We have finally got our life back and we are happy with our decision.We had problems with some of the staff but the worst of all was the letting manager. Not an asset for the company and are not surprised they get terrible feedback and loose customers.

GoogleHad an fantastic experience with Emily, who was my lettings agent. To start with she was very accommodating with my schedule as i had to cancel our first viewing. Once at the flat she took the time, to understand my requirements, allowed me to take the time i need at the property. Never felt she was pushing me one direction or the other, and she was very honest and open with me throughout the process. Thank you!

GoogleAs a landlord, we liked that MGH are a local agent, with real people to meet, view our home and advise us. Conversely, they seem to have a wide international net for finding tenants, including the lovely folk from LA who rented our home. Paperwork was as straightforward and money received promptly. GoogleMy flatmate and I signed our tenancy through Mountgrange Heritage. The process from first spotting the property online, to viewing and making an offer all took place within the space of a day. Diana was so friendly and helpful and we were incredibly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism with which everything was handled. I would highly recommend the agency to others!

GoogleWe rented an Airbnb that was managed by this company, and it was the worst experience we’ve had in London. The management is non responsive, and not proactive about dealing with issues. The place was lovely, but it clearly lacked the touch of a homeowner/caring host. The toilet wasn’t flushing, the shower drain was plugged, and there wasn’t any sponge for doing dishes either, which the latter is not a big deal, we bought one and left it there. We paid the highest cleaning fee, yet the place wasn’t that clean, and the toilet was dirty, which is absolutely unacceptable. We received no apologies, and a bad review denying everything (and lying) about what we informed them. We kindly let them know of all the issues privately, not to be harsh on them publicly, but their response was so unfair, dishonest , and unethical, I had to share this experience with the public.

She’s such a nice and friendly person, and her positive attitude made everything feel much less stressful. She was always responsive, happy to answer questions, and gave honest, thoughtful advice without any pressure. I’d definitely recommend her 100%.

GoogleDiana at Mountgrange was a huge help when we were flat hunting from abroad. Due to COVID, we were unable to tour properties in person. Diana helped coordinate videos and went to the flat to take measurement for us. Her responses were always immediate and she made sure we were comfortable at move-in. Highly recommend Diana and her team!
