I wasn’t in the area for a viewing so from my initial email regarding the property to the actual virtual viewing, there was around 8 hours turnaround which is excellent. Also unheard of typically for an agent to show you the property and then film an additional video for you to refer back to. Service has been second to none from what I’ve experienced while searching for a rental property. Thank you ever so much!

Key aspects were Expert guidance: Michael Wilson, co-owner of Mountgrange, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and market knowledge. His friendly demeanor coupled with his expertise made the entire process less stressful. Communication: Regular, clear updates kept me informed at every stage. Michael's advice was always timely, valuable and straightforward, helping me make informed decisions. Results: Despite difficult market conditions, my house sold within a few months at a satisfactory price. As a bonus, Mountgrange also found my next home. Full-service support: Michael's experience was invaluable in navigating the often tricky period between offer, acceptance and exchange of contracts, for both my sale and purchase. Team effort: While Michael led the process, the entire Mountgrange team were friendly, professional and dedicated. They really seem to love this business. What sets Mountgrange apart was their ability to handle the entire property journey - which in my case involved selling and buying. Their comprehensive approach, combined with their market insight and client-focused service, makes them an excellent choice for anyone looking to buy or sell property.
