GoogleExcellent service from Mountgrange. Henry and the rest of the team did a wonderful job finding us short let tenants for our flat in Notting Hill whilst we were away travelling.They achieved a fantastic rent and no void. Would highly recommend!

A letting agent with a dark soul My experience is very similar to the one shared by Harriet. I had to deal with a letting agency which was quite dismissive if not rude. Mountgrange Heritage was not afraid to * Call an oven temperamental when it was not working for 12 months . I needed to appoint an inspector for them to finally acknowledge the issue * Qualify standard to have mice in a London flat with 1000 Pounds a week rent * Hardly apology for any problem happening in the flat ( there was a decent number) * Increase the rent by 20 % after Covid crisis when the landlord initially suggested an increase of 2 % * Mock my French accent The no manner style seems to come originally from the Top Management full of what I could feel as False-Self. So don't be masochistic as I may have been. Run away there are so many nice and efficient letting agencies in London

GoogleResponsive and real. Care about what’s going on at our flat. You sometimes have to remind them about something because they manage lots of properties but they are easy to work with and responsive when needed. Have been pretty happy with them as our property managers and landlord representative. Rachel Hayman great!

GoogleLinus who manages our flats has been so helpful and attentive , and has helped to resolve all the teething problems with our new properties. He is on hand always, responds immediately and is so easy to talk to. Do not know what we would do without him.

GoogleI relocated from NYC to London late last year and found my current flat via Mountgrange Heritage Notting Hill office. From the viewing to finalizing the leasing contract, they made the entire process very easy for me. Even after i moved in, whenever i have had any queries or request for any maintenance items, the office and property manager have been very helpful. Overall i am quiet satisfied with them and highly recommend them to anyone else.

GoogleI've rented flats in London since 2008. Mountgrange Heritage was my worst nightmare experience. Avoid at all cost. The story is too long to tell, but it was not pleasant and cost money.NegativeQuality
