GoogleI've rented flats in London since 2008. Mountgrange Heritage was my worst nightmare experience. Avoid at all cost. The story is too long to tell, but it was not pleasant and cost money.NegativeQuality

They were extremely helpful and as a first time buyer in the UK they were very patient with answering all my questions and concerns. The team was lovely to work with and always easy to communicate with during the entire process. I would 100% recommend them to a friend!

The aggressive tactics of this estate agent are altogether unprofessional and could have jeopardised my transaction. This agent failed to pass on the information between the relevant parties and did not contribute to the success of the transaction. Given the fees charged, I would have expected a much more professional service.
