Martyn Gerrard were great to work with. They always did what they said they were going to do...not always my experience with some estate agents! The valuation process, advice and mechanics of getting photographed, particulars agreed, viewings arranged and negotiating with interested buyers, coordinating the other elements of the chain...all went extremely smoothly.
