After struggling for months to find a property in London the team at Martyn Gerrard were so helpful and quickly assisted with finding us a flat. From start to finish the service they provided was outstanding. Excellent communication, quick response times, and friendly and happy attitudes. A massive thank you to Suraj, who from the beginning was extremly helpful and made the experience so much easier. Would 100% recommend!

Moved in just about a week ago and have had boiler problems since the beginning. Agent was sharp and unhelpful on the FIRST DAY and said we would be charged if someone came out and the boiler was fine. They sent us a link to a manual and that was it. We've been without hot water for days now and I have to chase the property manager each and every time we need to know something including when the plumber is coming and what they're doing. This was over the coldest days of the year so far! Ridiculous...

We put our house in whetstone on the market last year. After getting a few valuations i was thinking about using martyn gerrard however the agent did not like the price i was lookibg for and basically ghosted me... This was a real shame as i have dealt with this agent before (when phillip thompson worked in finchley central) they should not act like this. Disappointing as i think they have gone down hill since the old man had died

Rude agents..The person I spoke with had an attitude from the second we began speaking. The advertisement on the platforms stated a full property cost but then individual rooms cost which made the advert seem like there were looking for one or two people. To which I was told I was a liar, I had also asked that they inform me when they intended to call as I have many meetings, but this was completely ignored and I had to hold a meeting for this call as i didn't know the number and was concerned it was something urgent. don't appreciate the conduct of the estate agent, It is very difficult to get properties right now. Potential tenants need some sympathy while we are struggling to find someone where not rudeness
