Faysal was very professional in his service and managed what seemed like a very tricky seller and seller's solicitor. Faysal kept us informed on the progress regularly and was always available to help throughout the process. Only reason for 4 star is that we would have expected more transparency from Martyn Gerrard regarding an issue that had cropped up during our purchase. We were told that both the owner and the co freeholder had no account of the issue. However, this was not true and we only found out once the purchase was complete and we moved in. Overall, Faysal's service cant be faulted. Martyn Gerrard could do with stricter policy around transparency.

Massive thank you to Jenna Durand who worked tirelessly on the sale on my flat. Jenna had my property under offer pre covid-19 and through no fault of her own, unfortunately the sale fell through. When viewings restrictions were lifted she had my flat back on the market in no time at all. During a difficult time for other agents, I was pleasantly surprised Jenna re-sold my flat for considerably more the second time. I was kept informed of the sale every step of the way. We had a bumpy start with another estate agent and were a bit wary when we signed up afresh with MG. Despite our initial caginess Arzu was professional, helpful and available throughout the process. We also purchased through another branch at which Raphael was equally responsive and professional. Moving house is horrendous, but these guys definitely didn't make it worse! Would recommend.
