Amazing experience from Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents. I cannot fault Daniel, who played a huge part in my partner and I finding and securing a flat within one week. Daniel was always on hand via email and supported us both through this rather long journey! It is common knowledge that finding a property to rent in London is difficult for many people currently, Daniel is the reason why it was not for us. Thank you again.

Smooth and quick process

Andrew and the whole team were amazing in helping me find a flat and getting it all processed so quickly, I’d been looking for a while and hadn’t had the easiest journey with my flat hunt but down from Suraj showing me around and being so willing to answer all questions I had, to Andrew helping everything to go along so quickly once the processed had started, even the additional support team in helping me with small chasers, the Martyn Gerrard team have truly been amazing

As a first time buyer, I felt very supported by Declan. My first ever flat viewing was with him and his friendly, positive manner was very reassuring. My experience with the agency was amazing; in particular, David Raja helped a lot along the way ensuring that the whole process of exchange and completion was smooth. There were times that the process was slow and looked that there might be issues, however, David Raja helped us overcome all problems and finally complete. A great experience

We sold our property in Manchester in March 21 and have been looking for a suitable property in London.We have met numerous estate agents in various parts of North London and were somewhat dismayed with their lack of interest in finding a home for us ( despite being cash buyers).We came upon a property being sold by Martyn Gerrard and shown round by Jatin who was knowledgeable about the flat and shown an interest in us. He explained that he had an apartment that was just coming onto the market that was more suited to our needs than the property that we were being shown round and made arrangements to view. We had a viewing and knew that this was the one we had to have. Jatin was extremely helpful in guiding us through the purchase process, chasing solicitors and keeping us up to date, and always available to handle queries. He made the whole experience as stress free as possible. I can’t praise him enough.

Glenn Lewis at Martyn Gerrard has asked me to write a review for him. We chuckled because he didn’t think that I would. Glenn and I have been on one hell of a journey to complete the sale of our house. Many complications at the bottom of the chain have made this a long long ride. I have sworn at Glenn a lot and he has got frustrated with me in turn but we have also laughed a lot and the sale finally went through, which Glenn was always confident that it would. Glenn has been thoroughly professional and a jolly good bloke throughout. He had to work very hard for us!

My wife and I had a very smooth transition into moving into our first property together and was helped by Chris Lambrou. Chris was very helpful, efficient and respectful. He always kept us informed and in good time. There was a mix up with keys on the move in day, which was no fault of his own, but he managed to sort it for us very quickly.
