Outstanding Service by Andrew Eleftheriou

I recently had the privilege of experiencing exceptional service from Andrew, the Lettings Manager for several North London branches. Although he wasn't my usual point of contact and the issue was outside his responsibility, Andrew's prompt response, readiness to listen, and his excellent communication skills left a lasting impression. Andrew's genuine desire to assist showcases his commitment to customer satisfaction. Although I had written a review for Martyn Gerrard at the request of one of their consultants a few years ago, this time it comes straight from the heart! If only more people working in this industry exhibited Andrew's level of professionalism and dedication, the real estate experience would be even more satisfying for everyone involved.

Moving is quite a stressful process especially when you are a first time graduate. Kevin has not only been amazing but has been kind, patient and so understanding. Personalised, organised and friendly Estate Agents

We chose Martyn Gerrard to list our flat with for a number of reasons. Firstly because they were so helpful when we were initially looking to buy- Martin in particular was very informative and helpful without being pushy which we found to be a real problem with other Estate Agents in London. We loved our flat and wanted to make it work for us longer term so went to Martyn Gerrard for advice on purchasing the loft space above it. Mark came round and had a good discussion with us, he was so knowledgeable and to the point, and saved us a lot of hassle and probable financial headaches too. He kept us on file and got in contact when similar flats had sold in the area after a dry spell which was incredibly lucky for us- this meant we were able to sell quickly (4 days!) and to a buyer they had faith in. For the sale we dealt with Mark and Annie together who were unfailingly friendly and positive, and always on the ball. They knew the completion date we were aiming for and did everything in their power to make it happen- and they did. We are really grateful and would really recommend Martyn Gerrard for anyone who wants a truly personalised and personable service.

Refreshingly different

Can't say I've had particularly good experience with estate agents in the past. Gintare was refreshingly helpful and found us the ideal place. We went to view a place that wasn't really what we were looking for. A day later I received a call from Gin, letting us know about a property that was just about to go on the market and she'd like us to view it first. A month later we'd got the keys and are happily settled in our new place. I'd very much recommend MG for any prospective renters. I'm already considering buying through the agents as I was so happy with the rental process. Thanks again Gin.

I had been searching for a new property…

I had been searching for a new property for over two years now trying to juggle getting a buy to let so that I could upsize from my one double bed and one single bedroom flat for my daughter and me. After about 3 years of looking, I finally found somewhere in the right location and on budget. I had to sell my property in order to buy the new one. Having developed a relationship over time with many estate agents, I chose Martyn Gerrard. They gave me a fair valuation. I had got a very low valuation from one popular estate agent, so was very happy with their valuation. With a very good database of perspective buyers and a steady stream of viewings, it took about 3 weeks for my property to sell. They have a very personal touch and I was able to have many in-depth discussions. They were also very good with our pet cat Bucky during viewings. I would definitely recommend them Martin and Mark were my main contacts and I really appreciated how our relationship evolved over time, there was no pressure and my requirements were met at every stage! Thank you!

Excellent approach

I bought a new home via M Gerrard's new homes department in March 2021.
