We have worked with Marsh & parsons for a number of years letting a couple of residential properties. They have always found great tenants and we have had no void periods. They are always quick to respond to queries or issues. I would highly recommend using M&P.

TrustpilotAwful and try to steal your money
Always try to find some extra costs so we have to fight for everything. The property managers don't keep records of previous works/things that have been deducted from the rent, so if one leaves you have to justify everything again.. then obviously they try to screw you on your deposit as well.

GoogleWe’re so glad we picked Marsh & Parsons for the sale of our Streatham flat. They organised lots of viewings as soon as the flat was listed, and found us a buyer within the first month. They were then very helpful at helping to progress the sale with solicitors. Would recommend!
