Olyvia Saunders from Life Residential did a wonderful job!I worked with Olyvia on my Timber Yard property purchase where she has been helping from the completion of the property through to the management.Olyvia was always professional and responsive - including over the weekends, which I did not expect!, every step of the way. Letting is good , but once you are in apartment. They dont care about basic housing situation for weeks. I have stayed at this apartment for more than three years.

I just thought I would update my review since the original one was written in 2017 and I've now been using Life for 7 years. They continue to provide excellent service - on the tenant side, they constantly monitor the market to ensure the best rates and I've not had a single default or any damage beyond wear and tear across what must be 50-60 tenancies over 7 years. On the maintenance side my relationship manager Melody is tireless and her interventions to ensure we make the best decisions and source correctly have saved many hundreds of pounds

Claudio has been absolutely Amazing! He gets my problems sorted immediately. He has just started with me and has helped me throughout many of my issues that I have previously had issues with over the past year, in a matter of days!Inreally appreciate his hard work and dedication. Claudio is one of the few people that i have encountered in my very active and international business life that manages to constantly surprise me with his efficiency,calmness and genuine concern to make my dealings with both him and Life Residential to be a perfect joy. Claudio always has the answer to whatever problem has arisen before informing me of it and my only action is then to say yes please and thank you. Claudio has an innate sense of caring and takes a genuine pride in servicing the client which is natural to him and that is why i labelled this review service with a surprise because in this day and age it is a surprise. Well done and many thanks for making my life so easy in dealing with Life Residential.

I found a property in Greenwich and was introduced to Robin from the Greenwich office who helped me along the process every step of the way. I was then introduced to Sophie, our property manager. We have been living in our current rental property via Life residential for almost 2 years and in these two years Emma our property manager has been a great support and help. She is approachable and understands any issues concerning the house and gets them resolved within couple of days. She replies back with an hour everytime we email her which is very quick. I emailed our property manager; Abi Shanks regarding 2 separate issues I wanted her to look into which Abi actioned immediately & replied on both counts within just 1-2 hours. There's nothing worse than having to chase people which sadly has become a bit of the norm across most service companies especially since the pandemic, but Abi is thankfully not in this category & we feel blessed knowing she's looking after our investment property with all the due care, attention & urgency we could wish for.
