I have had a very positive experience…

I have had a very positive experience working with Life Residential in managing my flat. The team especially Vanessa Hope (Director) and Gerda Kirveleviciute (the manager) have been professional, responsive, and reliable throughout. They have looked after the property well and have always been helpful whenever I needed support or advice. Communication has been smooth, and they have handled matters efficiently and professionally. Overall, it has been a pleasure working with them, and I appreciate their continued support and management of my property. Highly recommended.

Being a tenant with Life Residential…

Being a tenant with Life Residential was a very good experience, Adisa Shkupi was my building manager and she was always helpful and very quick answering my emails and concerns. All the maintenance issues that arose during my tenancy where fixed quick, and I always got a response to any concern I had. The move out process was also very easy, Adisa kept me updated with closing my accounts and releasing the deposit. Overall a smooth transaction.

I had a fantastic experience working with Eron. After contacting LiFE Residential on a Sunday, Eron followed up on Monday and was incredibly nice and accommodating from the start. We were in a position where we needed to make a decision that very day, and we initially had some hesitations about a flat he suggested. Eron went above and beyond to address every single one of our concerns. Crucially, he wasn’t pushy at all; he simply suggested that we should still see it in person because pictures often don't do a space justice. He managed to squeeze us in for a viewing that same day, and he was absolutely right. The flat and the storage space were much larger and more impressive than they appeared online. Meeting Eron in person was a highlight. He is just as lovely and professional in person as he is on the phone. After having already viewed 13 other properties, the one Eron showed us immediately shot to the top of our list. Although we ultimately didn't move forward due to a move-in date conflict, Eron’s expertise, honesty, and "can-do" attitude made a massive impression on us. He is proactive, knowledgeable, and a total pleasure to deal with. We would trust him to find us a home again in a heartbeat!

The estate agent I dealt with was PUSHY and used a CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH on us. My girlfriend and I put an offer in on a flat and shortly after signing the contract with the agreed time, they said they couldn't do that day due to the landlords issue. Then the agent was very pushy, calling up multiple times to force another date we could do, he refused to take a no. Then when we ultimately said we don't want to do the later date they said that they are going to keep the £500+ 1 week holding deposit because it is OUR fault. I would just stay away from this company. Just BE CAUTIOUS AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND IT.
