Avoid these clowns

Utterly useless and indifferent. Avoid where you can. My unit is the only one within my building with LIFE Residential and you can see why. They are known among the building management and landlords for incompetence. I have spent more than 5 unfortunate years with them and look forward to the day when I can be rid of them. The landlord is offshore which tells you enough about the calibre of agency we are dealing with.

A terrible agency. It took them 3 weeks to process a simple tenant swap. Absolutely unbelievable and completely unacceptable. Their processes are painfully slow and inefficient. Waiting times are extremely long, especially when every other agency manages the same thing in 1, 2 days. Honestly, this is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Something like this is hard to believe in 2026. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.

Avoid this agency at all costs. I had a terrible experience renting through them. There was a serious leak in the flat that led to mold, and despite repeated complaints, it took them six months to address it. When I moved out, they withheld my deposit for four months, completely unlawfully. I had to raise a dispute with the deposit scheme to finally get it back. I also requested they arrange an end-of-tenancy cleaning, which they delayed for three weeks and then forgot. The Property manager at the time, Evelyn (who I believe has since left), and Hayley were both showed poor performance, it was outright negligence. I think the fact that they were allowed to continue working there speaks volumes about the letting agency as a whole.

Once moved in, if things go wrong, don't expect much support

I rented a flat through Life Residential after being promised concierge services and proper management of the private areas around the building. Unfortunately, neither was delivered, which made living there during the day and even in the early evenings an unpleasant experience.

I had the pleasure to have been assisted by Mark at life residential agency. He asked me what i was looking for as a first time buyer and very quickly gave me options targeted to my taste. And instead of doing many viewings not fitting to my liking, i did a few and felt i found a property i could see myself living in, bringing in my family, imagening where i'd put up a christmas tree on holidays. Throughout the process mark was supportive, informative, and was on top of things, he guided me, and i knew i could always reach out to him and he'd find time to answer my queries. He was very effecient at communicating between me, the vendor, and solicitors. I feel it built a good raport and ties of trust- i'd always recommend them, and would turn to them in future if needed. Horrible service from Life Residential. I do not recommend renting through them. My property manager got changed over 5 times in less than a year, zero care for the tenant with continuous issues in the apartment. Last example my hearing has not been working with London’s freezing January weather with Life Residential not bothering to act fast in solving such urgent issue. Inconsiderate and careless.

Even though I didn't end up renting a property through Life Residential, I simply have to commend the overall service received from Mustafa Qasimi. I was searching for a rental property for my daughter and Mustafa contacted me immediately upon receiving my request for further information.
