Very good service!

Renting with LR for 2 years now, I contacted the agency to sort out oven door, lighting and my hob that was broken. Nicola Soper was super responsive and very helpful ! Thanks to her and her very good service I ended up with everything sorted within a week or so. Even had a brand new hob and oven! Thank you Nicola for following up so closely and being so approachable and reactive!

Super fast responsiveness

Super fast responsiveness. Seamless dealing with the landlord. High quality of service. Our home life has unfortunately been ridden with problems with the setup, however Shruti and team has always stepped up to sort these issues seamlessly and pro-actively throughout 2022. This level of service gives us confidence to live a stress free life without having to worry about getting things done/ communication with the landlord/ scheduling servicing for appliances, cleaning, etc.

This 5 star review is especially for Nicola indeed. Not all staff from this company are responsible and helpful. During my tenancy I encountered some very irresponsible staff. However, I was lucky Nicola was responsible for my move out. She is responsible and made sure my move as smooth as possible. The professional clean arranged by her was perfect. No tricky deduction from my deposit for natural wear and tear.

My experience dealing with LiFE Residential Nine Elms Riverside Estate Agents has been extremely pleasant from the start and continues to be so. I would like to mention Aiste Kotliarova for specific recommendation as she has been extremely helpful from the outset, and when the landlord of the original property that our offer was excepted for pulled out at the last minute Aiste did everything to ensure we were able to find a property (which ended up being better than the original) within our budget and to fit our timeline - making the process a whole lot easier and smoother than i thought it ever would be. Recently moved to a flat using Rightmove, through LiFE Residential. Hadn’t used Rightmove before, only previously spareroom so was new to the process. Myself and my housemate found a flat we really liked and contacted LiFE Residential and received a quick response from Kyle. He was fantastic and comfortably answered every question we had, very responsive so we were able to view a video of the flat and set up a viewing very quickly. Once we decided we wanted to make an offer Kyle was present and helpful through all stages and again very happy to take the time to answer all the many questions I had. Only downside is there were a few things we had mentioned we wanted fixed before moving in which unfortunately were not followed up on and still trying to resolve with our assigned property manager. But apart from this, everything else was handled with care and professionalism. The flat was exceptionally clean when moving in including all appliances and carpets, was very impressed. No agency fees which was a bonus, and agency was helpful when trying to organise reference and all other admin bits. Thank you very much Kyle for making this an easy process for us. Moving can be stressful, especially in this new environment we are living in so we really do appreciate all your help! We’re enjoying living in the new flat and would recommend LiFE to all family and friends going forward!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
