Don’t Bother

Would not recommend renting from this branch. Constant miscommunications, flat was handed to me in disgraceful order - was sorted out by landlord thankfully but now months later and they still cause silly issues that waste time for a perfect tenant.

Zainab is always extremely professional and efficient in her dealings. She is particularly skilled at dealing with tenants on sensitive issues and coming to successful resolutions. She has worked extremely hard for us when on-boarding new tenants and in coordinating appraisers for our refinancing requirements. We were genuinely interested in a property for which they provided consultancy services. We shared our details, including salary and contract information, and proceeded to the second phase, which involved the reference check process. Initially, we were informed that the agreement would be for an 18-month term. However, after reviewing our details, the draft agreement, despite being signed, was changed to a 24-month term, which created unfavorable conditions for us. After waiting 3, 4 days without any response, we were informed that the process had been concluded negatively on our behalf and that the holding deposit we paid would not be refunded. During this process: - We promptly answered all their questions. - We provided reliable documents, including an offer letter and an employment contract. - We submitted all required documentation as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, they did not offer any alternative solutions, such as accepting a guarantor or allowing a shorter contract term than 24 months. Moreover, the property remained listed on their website during this time. We want to emphasize that we did not withdraw from the process or make the decision to cancel. It was their decision to delay, extend the contract period, and ultimately refuse to proceed, despite the signed agreement. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

A massive thank you to the staff working on 22nd August, especially Kwok, they really saved me today and I'm not even their client! I had an interview for an American visa in the embassy nearby and it was only when I got there that I realised I had forgotten a printout of an important document. I was running around in panic, trying to find an internet cafe, when I noticed the Life Residential office. Kwok was very kind and helped me out promptly and it's thanks to him that I made it to my appointment and I don't have to cancel my travel plans! If I ever move to London I'd definitely use this agency, the customer service is outstanding. Thank you Kwok:)

Life Residential recently sold my apartment at St Georges Wharf. As it was a 3 bed and north of £1m I was very impressed with the amount of viewings they conducted and especially the communication. I received emails to alert me, and would receive feedback on all the applicants. When Steve who I was dealing with was unavailable it was seamlessly passed to one of his colleagues and I was kept informed as before. I have been a landlord for 25 years and had never used Life Residential. I will for all my future sales use them and would encourage anyone looking to buy or rent to give them an opportunity as i'm believe you will not be disappointed.
