Amazing service from Marie!

I definitely recommend Life Residential! They do everything to make renting proceedure easy. Back in October, we have been assisted by the sweetest person, Marie, who helped us to get our first home sweet home. Horrible! If you rent, AVOID this company even if you found your dream house through them. it isn't worth the horrendous experience they give you next. -Responding to your email only if they wish to. -Resolve property issues, only if they wish to.-Irresponsible people. -In the end, they do everything not to pay your deposit money back. I moved out in mid-August but up to now, 27 October, I haven't received the money back. They are good only until you pay the deposit money in the beginning. I do not recommend them and I don't wish my worst enemy the experience I have with them. Nightmare!

I have been very happy with the service I've received from Life Residential, in particular Laura Grente who is my Property Manager. She always keeps me informed of what is happening with the property and if there are any issues she sorts them out quickly and efficiently. Recently I was out of the country for a while and unable to access my mails as regularly as usual but she took the initiative when something needed to be sorted out urgently and kept me appraised of the situation. Overall our experience with Life…

Overall our experience with Life Residential was absolutely a nightmare, with every single department of the agency, myself and my partner we have been renting with them for nearly 3 years, and I won’t recommend this to anybody. We left three month ago, and we are still waiting for the final bill of clever energy (which is an extra bill of the building, that obviously hasn’t communicated to us once we firstly moved in);Moral of the story, we chased our deposit for literally 3 months, and still waiting for final bill to be issue!!! Szilvia Nemeth is absolutely the worst property manager you could ever deal with, she is not present, she is not responding, and she is rude! She is only looking after her own interest, honestly, shocking experience. However, I also want to mention, that Abi Shanks, she is THE ONLY ONE that took real care of this situation, and supporting us by finding a solution. She constantly communicated with us, we really appreciated that, and we can’t thank her enough for her effort to get this sorted.

We had a great experience with Life Residential, from arranging the viewing, throughout the negotiation process and confirming our tenancy and moving in, James was helpful, friendly and professional from start to finish. The agency were great on move in and we got to meet our property manager on move in, which has never happened at any other agency. They included a welcome package including manuals for all appliances and sent us an email to see if we had settled in. They made the whole process stress free and we can't recommend them enough!

We recently sold a flat through Life Residential and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Molly and Will went above and beyond to help with the sale! Thomas is our managing agent for our property and he is a godsend. He took over the management of our property at the time of the expiration of the lease some 18 months ago and the tenants had left the place with inventory missing, many areas of the flat damaged and dirty. Thomas, without fuss went about getting tradesmen in to make good the place, getting funds from the deposit bond to pay for the same. We were at peace knowing that Thomas was in control of the situation. A very positive start to our landlord/managing agent relationship with Thomas.Thomas is a good communicator setting out facts and explaining situations, and outlining the rights and obligations of both the tenant and the landlord with clarity and neutrality. I appreciate his approach of setting out the ways and reasons for those ways in resolving tenant's complaints or requests. He made decision making very easy through the clear explanations. He approaches each problem (such as complaint from the tenant) without bias or prejudice but with fairness and pragmatism.He attends to problems with efficiency and effectiveness. When consent is given for repairs to be done within days the repairs are attended to. There is no hesitation or delays in whatever Thomas agrees to do.We appreciate Thomas' care and attention in the management of our property and it gives us great pleasure in writing this review.We thank Thomas for his great work.
