My experiences with this team have all been absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked through the door with a garbled explanation of my requirements, asking to see something immediately, Patrick put me straight at ease. He was friendly, professional and accommodating which was such a delight after a day of meeting unhelpful and unco-operative types! My following interactions were with Amrita and Endrit who simply enhanced the fabulous experience Patrick had kicked off. All were super friendly, interested and helpful and, as a landlord myself, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Robin Dach and the rest of the Life Residential team to secure an ideal flat for us. Robin has been very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process, by finding us the right place that suited our requirements, promptly replying to all our questions and finalising the lease. Overall, one of the most helpful agencies to work with and we would definitely recommend them for your property search and would work with them again in the future.

Great experience working with Steven and Gogoro and the team to sell my apartment. Always polite, quick to respond, proactive, and have my interests front and centre. They always gave me timely updates after viewings and regular progress reports after an offer was made. I’d definitely recommend them, and my only regret is that I didn’t get them on board sooner, having earlier had a bad experience with another London agency. Avoid Property Manager G.B!!

"G.B" are the first letters of her name who is an extremely irresponsible property manager. Almost every time I emailed her about an issue, I received an automatic reply stating that the property manager is out of the office and it takes me several days to get her reply. This results in my problems not being addressed in a timely manner. Furthermore, every time I tried to call her, the receptionist says the property manager is out of the office and will call back later, but I never receive any calls.What's worse is that I didn't receive my security deposit until three months after I moved out. Since I moved out, this property manager has rarely responded to any of my emails. Even after sending multiple emails, I still received no reply. On September 20th, this property manager promised that the refund had been initiated and I was expecting the money to be shown on my bank account every day, but a month later, I still hadn't received any money and I was really disappointing, I had to contact another agent and luckily, the agent helped me initiated the process. Without a doubt, G.B deceived me! She never released the deposit. If your don't want your life to be ruined by her, Avoid her and change another property manager!!

This company is an utter embarrassment…

This company is an utter embarrassment to the sector. They are rude, unprofessional and they can’t organise a deposit return if their life depended on it. I’m currently in disputes as I’ve been waiting months for the return of my money, only to be sent automated messages from Am. V and to be ignored by her. The whole experience whilst renting my second apartment with them has been shocking. The end of property reports have been done incorrectly and they will con you out of money. It’s a shame as my first experience with Chris M was a positive one and he was a fantastic property manager. It makes me question this companies morals, ethics and professionalism.

Ace Property Manager

I have been very happy with the service I've received from Life Residential, in particular Laura Grente who is my Property Manager. She always keeps me informed of what is happening with the property and if there are any issues she sorts them out quickly and efficiently. Recently I was out of the country for a while and unable to access my mails as regularly as usual but she took the initiative when something needed to be sorted out urgently and kept me appraised of the situation. It has been fantastic having a one point of contact who will sort out everything without you having to worry. Thank you Laura for all your support.

Horrible! If you rent, AVOID this company even if you found your dream house through them. it isn't worth the horrendous experience they give you next. -Responding to your email only if they wish to. -Resolve property issues, only if they wish to.-Irresponsible people. -In the end, they do everything not to pay your deposit money back. I moved out in mid-August but up to now, 27 October, I haven't received the money back. They are good only until you pay the deposit money in the beginning. I do not recommend them and I don't wish my worst enemy the experience I have with them. Nightmare!

Overall our experience with Life…

Overall our experience with Life Residential was absolutely a nightmare, with every single department of the agency, myself and my partner we have been renting with them for nearly 3 years, and I won’t recommend this to anybody. We left three month ago, and we are still waiting for the final bill of clever energy (which is an extra bill of the building, that obviously hasn’t communicated to us once we firstly moved in);Moral of the story, we chased our deposit for literally 3 months, and still waiting for final bill to be issue!!! Szilvia Nemeth is absolutely the worst property manager you could ever deal with, she is not present, she is not responding, and she is rude! She is only looking after her own interest, honestly, shocking experience. However, I also want to mention, that Abi Shanks, she is THE ONLY ONE that took real care of this situation, and supporting us by finding a solution. She constantly communicated with us, we really appreciated that, and we can’t thank her enough for her effort to get this sorted.

We had a great experience with Life Residential, from arranging the viewing, throughout the negotiation process and confirming our tenancy and moving in, James was helpful, friendly and professional from start to finish. The agency were great on move in and we got to meet our property manager on move in, which has never happened at any other agency. They included a welcome package including manuals for all appliances and sent us an email to see if we had settled in. They made the whole process stress free and we can't recommend them enough!

I've been very impressed with LiFE residential. A lot of care was taken over Covid precautions during the viewing, and Aiste was very helpful in terms of providing information both during and after. There was a lot of information provided throughout and the guides to renting were particularly helpful.
