Toby was also very helpful on the day of signing the contract. All members of staff were very pleasant and friendly and overall I was very happy with my experience with Leonard Leese.

GoogleAm currently a tenant in a property handled by Leonard Leese and I’m frankly disgusted at the level of service that this estate agents brings. Being constantly hounded for last minute showings of our flat when told that they have to give us as tenants 24 hours notice and they ignore us. Also damage to property and incredibly rude estate agents to the list of reasons why this agency is utter rubbish.
Hi Josh, thank you for your review. I can assure you that we take all complaints very seriously and your comments have been sent to management for investigation.

GoogleUnprofessional and lost our trust from an early stage in the lettings process. Won't be letting through this agent again. Make sure to spend a good while checking your contract. When asked the agent hadn't read the contract or could answer questions on it. There were some very restrictive sections that are best not agreed too.

GoogleI sold my flat in Bermondsey in January 2018 through Leonard Leese, and my experience with them was nothing short of awesome. They are a small, boutique agency, and the service I received was bespoke and very hands on and personal. I totally recommend Jordan, Dominic and the team.
