Agent changed the move in date, on the afternoon of the move in day, when we were already IN A MOVING VAN ON OUR WAY TO THE PROPERTY and offered no solution or compensation. Only after complaining offered us THAT DAY’s rent back. The cleaner they’d arranged to clean the flat was with us well after midnight that day until we asked her to leave… Was much too big a job for one person! We were left with dirty socks under our beds and mould everywhere. Treated us as if we were expendable and stupid. After posting this review the agent also contacted me to take it down. Almost hilariously unprofessional.

I have dealt with Nathan at Leonard Leese and can say that he is extremely professional and was punctual at all our viewings. I ended up renting a 3 bed flat from him and it was a smooth process from the referencing to signing of contracts. He negotiated a great deal for us and I would personally recommend his services for anyone looking to rent a flat. Thanks Nathan!!

Sam's knowledge of the market and his ability to quickly identify the properties that were of interest took the stress out of searching for a new flat. I would recommend using Leonard Leese's services and specifically Sam when seeking to rent any new properties.

Highly recommend Dominic Ogun at Leonard Leese if you are looking to rent through an agent in SE1. Dom made the whole experience as easy and as smooth as possible and was completely transparent and upfront with us throughout the whole renting process which is more than I could say about many other agents I have used. Shout out Dominic Ogun for being great.
