Excellent service from Jordan and the team at Leonard Leese. Jordan & Leonard Leese were recommended to me by another landlord. Jordan was very helpful prior to my property purchase, giving me excellent advise on numerous properties. Since my property purchase, I have used Leonard Leese for landlord services for 2 years. Their rates have been very competitive, and in both years they have found tenants very quickly. Their service has been both professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to both landlords and tenants alike.

Very unprofessional - agent did not tell us the address of the property, when we called the office no one knew about the viewing and when we finally figured out the house number (over the online pictures!) and arrived, the guy told us to wait because another group was viewing, even though it was precisely the time we had scheduled our viewing. We ended up not getting the property because the landlord chose a different group. The agents' communication afterwards was horrible, not responding to questions and further enquiries. Do not recommend.

Worst estate agent I've ever dealt with. We got an offer accepted on a house, paid a holding deposit & completed all the referencing, and then were ghosted by the agent (Toby) and office for 3 weeks. They stopped picking up our calls, or just told us they were 'dealing with it', but gave us no information or timelines. Incredibly unprofessional. Some of this was the landlord being not great, but the communication from LL was zero. After the 3 weeks we were told the landlord changed his mind (it sounded like LL did not communicate our original offer properly), and it took a further 2 weeks to receive our holding deposit back. We lost 4 weeks of looking for housing due to this. Probably for the best we didn't rent through them given this terrible experience and the other reviews.

Prepare to be chasing them constantly for everything. Completely unproactive, will flat out ignore your calls. I have been trying to reach my agent to schedule the handoff of the keys for the property I bought for the last 4 days. Every time the only people I can get is the reception who promises to send my message and someone will call me when "they are free". They have been telling me this for the last 4 days and yet nobody ever calls. Male receptionist also extremely rude when I pointed this out saying that is all he can do. Stay away!

Recently rented a property through Leonard Leese. Their service is professional and communication flawless. Our agent Bradley Large was quick to respond to our questions and made the entire process of moving in very smooth. They understand the value of time and the stress incurred while moving and try their best to accommodate customer requests. So far, this is the best experience I've had with letting agencies in London and I highly recommend them.

We had an exceptional experience with Leonard Leese. When an unexpected problem arose at the property, Leonard Leese arrived the same day, talked it through with us, compassionately and practically. Within a week, everything was sorted, which included liasing with several agencies. I can see some people may have had different experiences in the past, but I couldn't recommend them more highly.
