GoogleMy experience of finding a flat with Leonard Leese has been very positive. Finding a suitable place to rent can be super stressful but their agent Dominic Ogun has been very professional, efficient and helpful, communication was easy, the whole process was fast and smooth.

First day , agent name : DOMINIC OGUN took me to the house. He asked me to pay £300 deposit to keep the house. I asked him everything , he said yes no problem to everything. He acted so nice to make you pay the deposit. After I paid the money, he turned bad and rude. He said NO to everything that he said YES (before i place the deposit). The guarantor did not approve the application, which meant the house cannot be rent out . So Leonard Leese must pay back the deposit because the document for renting could not go through. BUT NO , they NEVER PAY MONEY BACK. They took my £300 and turned their face acted so bad and rude.

GoogleNIGHTMARE FOR TENANTS! 1. They rip your head off when you request your deposit back even if nothing is broken and the property has been professionally cleaned (yes, I mean the lady called Paige). 2. They pretended to be friendly before you move in. However, they ignore your reporting action about mould (growing before move-in) and even ridiculously charge you, regardless that you’ve tried your best to clean and ventilate the property. 3. GoogleSpoke to about 6 people at Leonard Leese, all rude and very unhelpful. I rang 6 times to speak to our agent who was conveniently unavailable every time until I said I would hold until they were available in which it then took 30 seconds, so they blatently lie to then not provide a service! Worst company and estate agents I have ever encountered.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Moved into a new home which clearly hadn't been checked over beforehand. No functioning shower for almost a week now, a window doesn't even shut, 2 blinds don't work, stained mattress, missing kitchen cupboard door. You'd think the amount of money we spend on rent this would be checked before having us move in.

GoogleWe are fairly new Landlords only in our 2nd year so found the experience a bit daunting The reason we picked Leonard Leese they were local and had a very good knowledge of The Area and helped us through a very difficult time but what we found the most was Jordan Thompsons professional approach straight talking but very mindfull of our inexperience we valued his advice and he and his team steered us through what to us was a very rough time.

GooglePLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME All these other reviews must be fake or paid for, most unprofessional cowboys with some very obvious negative office practices and bad culture problems. We had a viewing arranged, got to the property and agent calls us to tell us we are going to have to postpone because his colleague took the keys to the flat home with him because he got an offer from someone else... An estate agent, took landlords keys home so his colleague couldn't do a viewing and have his offer accepted?? I used to be an estate agent for two years and I have never heard of that being allowed by any company. I called up four times in the morning so we could move the viewing forward because we were going to make an offer, and I was met with 'yeah yeah he will call you back'. I then get a call two hours later, and we are 20 seconds from the flat, I said we are are here already and you're cancelling? he replied 'Well what time is your viewing you are early.' loolololol what? I wouldn't wish their nonsense on my worst enemy.
