GoogleThe most terrible experience ever!!! Poor management and telling a lie to customer. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! Can't believe they tell a lie to customers...Such an liars. I had a viewing and he didn't show up. Wasted my time approximately 1 hour and when I complain, Manager said, "We were busy on that day. If you don't want to see property again, then good bye " also they said I was late and didn't answer the phone call which didn't happen at all.

GoogleI have done business with the lettings department of Leonard Leese, Borough for the last six years. Leonard Leese won the contract over three established agents in the area when Director, Jordan Thompson - then, a lettings agent - impressed me with his tenacity to strike a deal. That, combined with the subsequent service I received, has enticed me to pass up repeated offers from other agents over the years. Recently, when I purchased a second BTL property, I instructed Leonard Leese to let it on my behalf and I have no regrets. Manager, Toby, conducted the valuation and was notably affable. The staff at Leonard Leese take the hassle out of letting and their customer service is superb. I will continue to use the company for as long as I let my properties.

GoogleRadio silence since receiving the holding deposit, despite multiple attempts, emails and calls, to try and reach them to confirm everything is progressing okay. No communication in two weeks. We were told everything needed to be signed and finalised by this Sunday latest, and it's now Friday night. How are we supposed to plan our move? We're now concerned we'll be left scrambling for a new flat at the last minute.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleLeonard Leese in Borough have let and managed my property for 4 years now. They have found great tenants and have always been courteous and professional in their handling of my property. Their current property management team are excellent. They are highly responsive to any issues that arise and keep me well in the loop. If there is anything that I raise, they always reply very promptly.They are friendly and communicative and nothing seems to be too much trouble.

GoogleWe've used Leonard Leese as letting agents for many years now and it is entirely to their credit that we have grown increasingly dependent on them. Not only do they find tenants for us, swiftly and without too much hard-sell, they respond calmly in a crisis - and crises happen all too often as we have two rental properties and live overseas! Although our high street keeps sprouting new agencies, I walk right past them, seeking the comfort of familiar faces at Leonard Leese.

GoogleChris at Leonard Leese is a helpful, friendly, no nonsense, no pressure estate agent who was a pleasure to deal with during our recent purchase. When we hit some leasehold related stumbling blocks Chris stepped in and ensured that the right people were talking to each other to get the problem resolved, all the while liaising between us and the seller to keep things moving along and to ensure confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this agent to anyone looking to buy in the area.

GoogleAs a landlord who rents out a flat, I have found Leonard Leese very good. Both in terms of reliably finding tenants / securing good rental values, and also in terms of dealing with both minor and more major maintenance and improvement works. My one reservation is that I spoke to my last set of tenants and they were less complementary on the company's responsiveness to maintenance issues they had raised. The company do, however, assure me these issues have now been addressed.

GoogleI have been using Leonard Leese for property management of a property I purchased through one of their branch. The service and professional level received have always been at, if not above expectation level. The way the sale was conducted was superior to other previous experiences from competitors. Any tenant request is dealt with very professionally, the response time from the agency are very efficient and professional, the network they have to solve any problem that may arise is second to none. I would strongly recommend to use Leonard Leese sale and rent department to anyone looking for an efficient, trustworthy and cost effective agency in London.

GoogleAvoid at all cost!! We agreed to rent a flat in the area and signed the contract. The weekend before moving in (after we had already cancelled our previous lease) we were informed that the flat had no electricity and needed rewiring. We were forced to move into a temporary flat which cost us a lot of money. Two weeks later (just before the second move-in day) we found out the flat was still not ready and they wouldn't commit to a new move-in date at all!! Because we were literally homeless and crashing at friends' places we decided to cancel the new lease and find a new place (which had a move-in date a month later and meant we had to find an expensive AirBnB flat in the meantime). Worst experience ever!!
