I can honestly say that I and my husband Nic, were so thrilled to have been lucky enough to deal with your Nathan Abbey, who found us the most perfect place and negotiated our lease in the most efficient and incredibly lovely and personable way. He was exceptionally responsive and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right place for us as well as ensuring his client entered into the lease relationship with desirable tenants.

As a first-time landlord, I had a tonne of questions and concerns. Leonard Leese really helped me through the entire process with appropriate constructive assistance, and three years on they are continuing to support me in the same way. They respond to messages quickly, helped me find a very suitable tenant, and are clear and transparent with all their communication. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.

The sales team are not selling the flats at all! Kept calling for a viewing over 2 weeks now. It’s scam! They only collect your data and never arrange viewings.

Leonard Leese was professional, helpful and very, very quick. The personal is one of the most amicable and a pleasure to deal with. No issues encountered, a five star agency. Highly recommend!

So far our experience has been great (we're 1 month into the tenancy). Chloe, the rep who showed us the flat and helped seal the deal was extremely helpful, understanding and professional.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Both landlord and tenants are treated badly and the staff have no respect for anyone
