GoogleThis agency was by far the most sketchy of the handful of agencies I dealt with while looking for a flat. Agent lied outright about being a member of ARLA - I duly lodged a complaint to ARLA who needless to say confirmed that the agent lied. You can just tell by looking at their website. It's beyond awful.

First day , agent name : DOMINIC OGUN took me to the house. He asked me to pay £300 deposit to keep the house. I asked him everything , he said yes no problem to everything. He acted so nice to make you pay the deposit.

GoogleWorst experience . I've made an appointment to view a flat with the agent Nathan and I was there on time. He didn't show up and i called the office found out he wasn't in work on that day and the flat was off the market already . How disgusting service is that! Such an irresponsible agent!

GoogleRUDE PEOPLE! Uninterested, unhelpful and entitled agency. The agents are rude! They do not care about customers. This agency doesn’t take care of your interests, nor they are clear about their properties. They will be extorting from you and still think their are superior.

GoogleVery professional Lettings agency. They have been managing my property in SE1 for over 9 years now. They are very responsive to any inquiries and are available when needed. I have had virtually no empty periods during this time. It has been a very good co-operation. Highly recommended.

GoogleWas supposed to have 2 visits on the same day with them. First visit they did not have the keys of the landlord and we came in the agency for nothing. Second we went in front of the flat to visit no one never show up!!!

GoogleI have used Leonard Leese's services, as a Landlord, for a number of years and found them very easy and efficient to deal with. They are flexible in their approach and good at dealing with any problems if they arise. I would recommend them to any other landlords.

GoogleToby did a great job letting my flat - proactive and easy to deal with. I contacted him on the Thursday and by Monday he'd found excellent tenants at the asking rate. Very happy, as I was with Leonard Leese 3 years ago.

GoogleWe’ve just signed a rental agreemend with Dom who’s based in the Borough office and he’s been absolutely fantastic. Not only is his personal service fantastic but the infrastructure in place for letting clients is fantastic. Can’t recommend highly enough.
