Only x2 lovely women were able to help me FIX the issue someone caused, I was supposed to get a full rent refund (long story) and it was supposed to come in 3-5 working days. Someone in that office released it so the landlord could receive it which was the wrong thing to do! So I didn't get my refund until a month and a half or 2 months later, and was in a bad situation because of it. The list goes on! don't waste your time with these people.
