Some past experiences with other letting agents have left a lot to be desired, but the team at leaders, specifically Lydia, is always so helpful. Leaders Forest Hill branch have been excellent in their service. I had a very short time frame in my move (5 days) and the team at Forest Hill made the transition into my new home very easy. Both Selwyn and Michael were on hand at every point I needed assistance or had a query. Furthermore, they provided a thorough explanation of the process and agreements and I was left feeling very at ease with the whole thing, when moving can be quite stressful. Jenny was also very helpful when it came to understanding and completing the administration and contractual process. I could not recommend the team at Leaders, Forest Hill enough.

I'll paint a picture for you. I had probably visited over 20 flats, most of which did not look anything like the photos on estate agency websites. Moreover, the majority of the letting agents I met with were either unkind, didn't want to be there, or as trustworthy as used car salesmen. Then, I came upon a listing (which was accurately represented) and the two agents I worked with James and Selwyn were the best. They worked out a great deal for me, and made sure I was happy with what I was getting. Not to mention Selwyn worked on my deal until 10pm the same day I viewed the property. If this doesn't represent quality service, I'm not sure what does.

I have been using Leaders for many years now. They are helpful, friendly and professional. I've found them to often go beyond what one would expect from an agent, to deliver a superlative service to both me and my tenants. They have lots of competition in the lettings market but I think they stand head and shoulders above the rest, Their lettings team is really strong - particularly Lydia, who seems to get things done at the speed of light!

I was referred to Leaders through a friend and even though they were not the most local estate agent, they did a great job of marketing my place. I found their staff to be welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic, and most importantly they were really thorough with everything. Compared to the other estate agents I spoke to, Leaders were the least pushy and 'salesy' of the lot, and I found them to be very down-to-earth. They also sourced a tenant for me quicker than expected, so I'm really happy with the service I got. I'm an overseas landlord so clarity and speed of communication is really important to me. My property manager Amie has been really great with keeping me up to date with things and alerting me of any issues. I couldn't ask for better service!

Highly recommend that anyone looking to rent in south east London use Leaders, and would like to especially thank Selwyn and his colleague Michael (who kindly showed me the property and answered all questions without hesitation) for their help. Selwyn was professional and very quick off the mark, helping me secure accommodation on an extremely tight deadline. It was immediately apparent that he was a nice guy, and not at all interested in being a typical pushy letting agent. He was informative and seemed genuinely interested in what we were looking for. A week later we put in an offer on a property to let. Selwyn was out of the office that day but set up a WhatsApp group to communicate with us through. Every question we had over the following 6 weeks was answered immediately. After we moved in, we were messaged again asking whether the flat was ok. I've never experienced this level of attention, and having the lines of communication open made our move incredibly smooth. Thank you Leaders and Selwyn.
