We recently found our new flat through Selwyn Pacheco at Leaders and the process couldn’t have been better. Selwyn has been really helpful from the initial viewing all the way through to securing our property, always on hand to answer our questions quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with him and there was never any hard selling or bidding wars you experience with other agencies. He was respectful of our requirements and helped us secure somewhere straight away. Both Jenny and Selwyn were great. They answered emails promptly, very friendly to talk to and offered great customer service. Selwyn also helped me get out of a tight parking jam by volunteering to push my van backwards which I was very grateful for after a very long day of moving and travelling through London. Tenant referencing does require a lot of time and paperwork, especially if you have a guarantor, so please be aware of this. But, this is part of the process and Selwyn was very helpful in keeping me informed on the things that needed to be completed.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Recently moved into a Leaders property with my partner. I would most defiantly approve the experience we received. I got an email response within hours every time, something I can't reiterate for other estate agents. James Henman was a little star when it came to getting everything turned around so quickly and I can't speak highly enough. We offered a cheeky price with some small requests but all requests were upheld and we're looking forward to our stay in Forest Hill.

A great service provided by Leaders in Forest Hill. The team was efficient and very professional and wasted no time in finding the perfect tenants/lodgers for my home. Communication was excellent at every stage throughout the process. They listened, understood and delivered in accordance with my expectation. They also assisted in getting the respective engineers onboard who, promptly conducted the necessary checks and issued the relevant certificates required. I literally had very little to do thanks to Jenny and Selwyn and also, for their guidance and support. I highly recommend and will continue to use Leaders in the future.

I had an awesome experience working with Leaders and specifically James. This was my first time of renting a property in the UK and James made the process seamless for me. My partner and I had a great experience finding a flat with Leaders Estate Agents Forest Hill. James, who was our letting agent, had a professional and friendly manner. He communicated honestly with us from the start, responded to emails promptly, and was efficient at chasing up progress on the works due to be done on the flat prior to our move. All the relevant and legal paperwork was sent and easily completed. TrustPilot reviews for Leaders UK in general are quite worrying, but I can confirm that the service we received from the Forest Hill branch was excellent and the staff courteous. Thanks James! EDIT (6 months after moving in): While we had a great experience with James finding our flat, our experience with the allocated Property Manager has not been as satisfactory - quite disappointing actually. Not much proactivity shown in solving emerging issues with our flat. Poor communication: our emails being ignored for days, us having to chase queries up by email, or by calling over a number of months about overdue reimbursement (often to be told someone will call us back, which never happened). We have had to go to the office in person twice to speak to a manager and finally resolve a situation. We rented the flat fully aware that it needed work but was deemed perfectly safe by the council. However when issues quickly escalated shortly after us moving in, the situation was often lazily handled by our property manager. We have a more reactive, helpful relationship with our landlord, which is a shame since Leaders is supposed to be the middle man. (This knocks down 2 out of our initial 5 stars)

I had a positive experience with Leaders sales team. Selwyn was brilliant, quick to respond and very helpful throughout the application process. However, the property management service has been very disappointing. And there's been little to no action taken about serious health and safety issues within the property despite regularly chasing or trying to get an update.
