GoogleSent an enquiry to organise a viewing for one of their property and they were super quick in assisting. Dealt with Selwyn, who was very polite and quickly set me up a viewing for the same day. Unfortunately though the property was not the one. It was advertised as newly refurbished but it wasn't a recent one and therefore damages could be visible.

GoogleI was looking for a 1 bed flat to rent and came across Leaders. Although I didn't end up renting with them, I thought Selwyn was a true professional. He was communicative, polite, and most importantly for me, he was no pressure. Probably one of the few lettings agent who hasn't made me feel rushed or forced into making an on the spot decision. He was clear about the market in an easy going way and felt comfortable to speak with. GoogleWe will shortly be moving in to a house rented by Leaders. They responded promptly to our viewing query and booked one in at the first opportunity and we had our offer to the landlord approved and the property reserved within a few days. It then took a little while from our offer being accepted to getting the contract in hand, but our contact James was helpful and responsive to our queries in the meantime and everything was sorted out in the end. Leaders has a few services like the zero deposit option and a home insurance provider that they're keen to offer, but we didn't feel pushed into any of them they were happy for us to decline.PositiveResponsiveness

I engaged with him throughout the process and he has so far been absolutely fantastic in providing me with continuous updates and helpful guidance and information. GoogleI just moved to London from abroad and had just about 2 weeks to find and move into a rental before starting work - big thanks to Selwyn and Mohammed for helping to make my transition so smooth! From viewing the property to the administrative processes and finally getting the keys, Selwyn and Mohammed were on hand to make sure my questions were answered quickly and ensure there were no hiccups. GoogleI had a positive experience with Leaders sales team. Selwyn was brilliant, quick to respond and very helpful throughout the application process. However, the property management service has been very disappointing. And there's been little to no action taken about serious health and safety issues within the property despite regularly chasing or trying to get an update.

GoogleA great service provided by Leaders in Forest Hill. The team was efficient and very professional and wasted no time in finding the perfect tenants/lodgers for my home. Communication was excellent at every stage throughout the process. They listened, understood and delivered in accordance with my expectation. They also assisted in getting the respective engineers onboard who, promptly conducted the necessary checks and issued the relevant certificates required. I literally had very little to do thanks to Jenny and Selwyn and also, for their guidance and support. I highly recommend and will continue to use Leaders in the future.
