Selwyn is extremely helpful in so many ways. He put me at ease with the application process and most importantly he was very informative without providing too much information but by answering all the enquirers I had as well as bringing clarify whilst being concise when necessary. In a nutshell, I found him very helpful, very professional and extremely efficient. I can go on to say I was sceptical with the service at first but after Selwyn has been attending to me I have been 10x open to renting.

I transferred management of my property to the care of Selwyn's team and I have to say Leaders is definitely a leader in the industry. Selwyn was attentive and very proactive in solving problems. He provides win-win solutions for both landlord and tenant (so everyone is happy). He communicates with such enthusiasm and positivity, it's always such a pleasure to interact with him. I have been helped by James at Leaders Forest Hill for many years & always found him professional, knowledgeable & efficient. Leaders are a local lettings agent who have proven to know their market & the business of lettings, however, they are now a lot larger, with a larger team over different offices, as well as a centralised system which results in multiple individuals contacting you to deal with different aspects of the process, which moves away from the local, family feel they used to have, to a more corporate, less personal service, which sometimes results in duplicating effort & can become frustrating for the client.

Until very recently I rented out a property through Leaders Forest Hill where Selwyn has been my "go to" person ever since they took over OakLets probably north of 20 years ago now and I can't recommend him highly enough. No matter what problem arose at my property he sorted it with the minimum of fuss in his usual reassuringly helpful, efficient and friendly manner. If you're a landlord who wants to sleep nights go and talk to Selwyn. I would also add a shout for his support from Vicki, I've only dealt with her for a relatively short time but she has been very efficient and quick with her responses.

SELWYN There was certainly an element of luck: me looking for a place at the moment when the palce presented itself, but Selwyn saw the opportunity and understood my profile, if it wasn't for him the match wouldn't have been done.
