I have rented my first flat in London with the amazing support of Leaders team, especially Selwyn whom went beyond and above to make this happen for me. As a first time tenant in London, it could be very taunting not understand the rules and procedures. Selwyn has been very patient with all my questions, even the stupid one , even answering them during his leave. I could not have thank him enough. 2020: I’ve had really good service from David and Selwyn, who have found me a promising tenant to rent my flat. Leaders aren't terrible, but I think the Google reviews are painting a prettier picture. They encourage early Google reviews so that when you do need them and they don't provide, they've already got the review in their pocket. We found several times that it was purposefully confusing set up when you needed to report an issue, and when you did your request could be completely ignored. We also found that it was repeatedly quite difficult to work out who exactly we should be speaking to at any one time. Our original property manager seemed to move away, and no one bothered to set up a out of office or email redirect so our emails would be ignored until we had to call them and find out what happened Finally, when leaving the property, we left with no issues in the flat, and then 6-8 weeks later - during a period of time where there was a lot of rain and sunshine, they requested that we pay for both a gardener and skip because it was overgrown. It was overgrown when we arrived, and we had to do a huge amount to get it back to an acceptable state. There was no acceptance when I pointed out this or the time period since we'd left the house till they'd called, and all they would do was repeat over and over "well if you don't accept then we'll have to take this to court, which either way whether you win or lose, you'll have to pay £120 for this". So I was purposefully backed into a corner by them, with no way of avoiding this. Look, overall, they aren't terrible, but expect to be ignored on occasions, and expect them not to have you're best interests at heart when you leave (they are being paid by the landlord I suppose), but I think a lot of these reviews are encouraged before all this happens, so that when they do, they've already nailed on their 5-star review.

Having searched for a suitable 3-bedroom house for 3-4 months with no success, we inquired about a property recently on the letting market in South East London with Leaders, fortunate enough to speak to Selwyn Pacheco. He was able to immediately book us in at the earliest convenience to view the property and was on hand to give us all of the need to know information upon visiting. After being incredibly excited about the space and communicating this, Selwyn made such a great effort on our behalf to introduce us as suitable tenants to the landlord. Throughout the process, he was easily contactable and would always reply in fantastic time, making the whole experience seamless and hassle-free. We would strongly recommend the team at Leaders, especially speaking directly to our agent in question, Selwyn Pacheco, who was excellent.
