A big shout-out to Naeto Soludo

A big shout-out to Naeto Soludo for being a great property manager, very communicative, friendly and generally extremely helpful. I would have given 5 stars if the everyone we had dealt with at the firm were as helpful as Naeto has been. Despite him being new to the branch, he has been the most professional of the 4 or 5 persons we've dealt with so far.Unfortunately, we did have to deal with a real-life NPC in the process of renting our property, unable to answer a yes or no question in an email chain and replying with the literal phase: 'Send [us] the monies', when referring to a £21,000 bank transfer... And just generally being rude. So, I almost pulled out of renting with Knight Frank altogether because I thought they were initially a scam company.The others at the branch can learn a lot from Nateo and I hope his performance is recognised.

Outstanding service and extremely helpful

Toto, George and the team at Knight Frank, Chelsea were extremely helpful when it came to the sale of a flat. In particular, in the midst of a long conveyancing process, they were communicative, responsive and engaged, and proactively helped to ensure the process reach its completion. The team at Knight Frank, Chelsea are great to work with, are very hard working and really take the time to listen to what is important to you. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Jocelyn is a personnel with great ability and responsibility who can help you resolve any issue as a resident. As a newcomer to the real estate market of London, I was so ignorant as a new property owner, that I was searching for real estate agency for help. Whether for rent or for sale, and what have to be done afterwards, need expert advice I can trust. Since I do not live in London, a local agent whom I can rely on and can be trusted is mandatory. It was very fortunate, and actually was a blessing that I came to know this agency . In particular, Kenny Ouyang, the agent who works on this property on my behalf. First, he analysed the London zone 1 real property market in clear terms and meaningful insights. I was convinced that this property should be placed on the rental market rather than for sale.Second, he navigated through our relationships between client and agency, in concise and clear terms. His grasp of complex issues, attentive to details as well as logical and disciplined approach to matters, were impressive. I knew Kenny and this agency were the right people for me. But, the proof came shortly afterwards.I would be delighted to put down the details of how outstanding the work of Kenny has been. But to cut the review short, let me just say that Kenny is amazing. Very capable hands with KF-managed flats

I've just moved out of my Knight Frank-managed flat after 4 years and I'm going to miss their level of service!Jason has done a fantastic job looking after things for us, considering the nightmare of a landlord we had. Halfway through our tenancy our landlord became incredibly (well, completely) absent and somehow Knight Frank / Jason made it possible to live through that. Emergency and other important issues were able to be addressed nonetheless.I know these folks (Jason, Sabriye) look after many, many properties so a big thank-you for helping us over the years, always in a very professional and sympathetic manner.

The whole Basingstoke team were highly professional at all times. Mark Thomas was our main agent, his availability to respond to any email we sent was fantastic and we would normally get a response within 20 minutes (7 days a week). Prior to our property hitting the market, Marks whole team arranged a meeting at our property to have a look round and ask questions so they were all familiar with the property, and better prepared to answer any questions. Emma Soanes - Excellent!

Emma Soanes was covering for our usual Knight Frank representative for a week in October. We emailed our usual Knight Frank representative /Emma about a leak that our flat has been experiencing for several months and she was incredibly responsive giving us a call as soon as she could to help deal with the issue. Whilst on the phone I also raised other ongoing issues that we had been having with the flat and asking to get fixed and Emma managed to get this sorted/ near sorted within the week she was covering. She was absolutely excellent, kept us informed, listened to what our issues were and dealt with them all quickly and efficiently. Emma was incredibly friendly, clearly so good at her job and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Myself and my flatmate are so thankful for her assistance!

I have used Knight Frank for several decades to find a tenant for my flat and, for the past 5 years, to manage the tenancy. They have always been excellent on finding good tenants. But the quality of day-to-day management seems to have slipped in the last couple of years. There is more churn of the people at the other end of the email, more contracting out and, I suspect, larger workloads. I used to have total confidence in them; now I have to monitor and chase up quite a lot.
