Awesome and Extremely Helpful Team I would really like to thank Sarah Rynne and Peter Pietrzak from the Wapping office for their help. I was able to acquire a rental property in a short time span. Fantastic rental experience

I had a fantastic experience securing a rental property through Knight Frank. Beth Tighe was helpful from start to finish and her team carried out negotiations to ensure we got the property, despite there being competition from other bidders. Beth checked in with me on numerous occasions ahead of the move in date to check everything was going smoothly and was extremely professional when she met us at the property to hand over keys. Fast and high quality service

We have been impressed with the quality of service and responsiveness from the team at Knight Frank. Michael Fox has been instrumental from the very beginning through to our tenancy in solving issues, arranging inspections, and generally being available for help. We’ve had a few issues with the property (broken fridge, leaks from ceiling, unhinged cabinets) and Michael has always been promptly at hand to solve the problem or redirect us to the right people who could do so. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that we had more issues with the property than expected from a letting agency as reputable as Knight Frank.

A positive experience all round

A busy mum of two living far from my property, I was looking for guidance, honesty, integrity and support selling my one bedroom flat. The market was extremely unpredictable and I was uncertain whether I wanted to stick to selling or renting. Sian-Louise in sales was personable and down to earth and did an excellent job of marketing the property for sale giving me honest and genuine feedback on the process every step of the way. In rentals Fran Levy was equally personable and proactive giving me sound advice and genuine feedback on how best to put the property in its best light for the rental market. From the moment we contacted Knight Frank, we were certain that we were in good hands. The professionalism of our agent, Francesca-Leighton Scott, shone through on our very first meeting. Her enthusiasm for the property was evident, but it was her clarity on its selling points and her clear knowledge of the market which gave us even more confidence. Throughout the process we received five-star attention and support. Communications were proactive and clear. Hurdles were tackled with confidence and realism. Advice was readily available and sound. Unexpected issues were flagged early and handled deftly. Despite the inevitable, occasional hiccups in the sale, we never, at any point, felt alone in the complex selling process as Francesca was a constant, positive, reassuring, and delightful presence at all times. We found the Exeter branch to be most professional and helpful throughout the whole sale process. Florence was so approachable and went above and beyond - I can’t praise her tenacity, dedication and determination enough to get us from offer to our exchange date! After telling Katie W that I was looking to buy a 7 figure property and could Knight Frank suggest just one property in the area I wanted I would have thought that a service orientated organisation should think about a better response than 'go and look for yourself'. Knight Frank Property Manager Lee Murad has managed the block of Covent Garden flats in which I have lived for twenty years. He is easily the most detail orientated, effective, and professional Property Manager we have had in that time, handling large scale invasive projects like window replacements to urgent repairs with intelligence and care. His all-tenants emails are carefully respectful and informative, fire and general safety are clearly very important to him, and it is refreshing to see a property manager think carefully about the Landlord’s interests when arranging remedial works.
