Excellent experience with Louna!

We have used Knight Frank lettings for years and they have always been excellent and as such they have always been our sole agent. Louna is our lettings agent and she is extremely professional, well mannered, kind, attentive and efficient. She was wonderful to deal with, always polite and kept us in the loop after every single viewing with constructive feedback. We will not hesitate to continue using her as our sole lettings agent. Great experience with Lexi

Lexi was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process of finding a rental flat. She was very kind and I felt as though she was on my side, but balanced in also helping the owner to find the right match of tenant. She was very capable, responded to my questions quickly, and made me feel at ease. Flat hunting can be very stressful but she brought a real sense of calm and optimism about the process. Finding the right real estate agent

Finding the right place to live in London can be challenging, especially if you are a foreign university student renting in the country for the first time. As soon as I started my search, two things became quickly evident:1. Not all real estate agents take students seriously.2. When you find a house you like, don't get attached straight away. You might have to put in an offer on multiple properties before you hear a "yes."It is quite a discouraging process. Therefore, I would recommend anyone in this position find a real estate agent they trust and can count on. Once I emailed Sophie Klineberg, she called me straight away. Sophie made a point of getting to know me and everything I needed to fall in love with an apartment. She did not give up until she found it for me. She was always available to answer any of my questions and was super easy to reach out to. Sophie was kind and, when I received rejections from landlords, she reassured me not to worry and that we would find another place.I will forever recommend anyone I know reach out to Sophie if they are looking for a house. It was a pleasure to meet and work with her. She found me the perfect apartment.

I really enjoy dealing with Rosi and she responds to emails and queries much quicker than other agents I had in the past. Rosi is very sharp and seems to be someone who can work under pressure. I recently viewed a property with Knight Frank in Warwickshire. The agent was curt and seemed disinterested. Responding to a follow up email request from Knight Frank I sent a polite response explaining that the property didn't work for me and a few reasons why. A week later, no response ! I would not engage them as an agent or recommend them.

We used Maisie and Adam at Knight Frank for our recent sale and purchase in Surrey, and they couldn’t have been better.They worked very quickly to get our house listed, with a high quality advert and sensible approach to pricing, to get us an offer and allow us to complete a chain on a purchase that was already on the market.Our past experience with estate agents is that they lose interest and disappear into the background at this point, but in this case Maisie and Adam were very responsive, and made communication up and down the chain seamless - including dealing with curveballs from various parties, chasing up solicitors, and brokering sensible arrangements for offers on furniture, changes to dates, and other things that came up as part of the process.
