I recently had the pleasure of working with Lexi Solt, who made our flat-hunting experience very pleasant. She was super responsive from the get-go, quickly answering all my questions and ensuring I felt supported throughout the exchange. What stood out the most was how consultative she was when she showed us around the property, she took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and what we needed in a new home.During the viewing, Lexi actively showed me around the flat, answering all my questions with enthusiasm and insight. Our first property purchase in London

My wife and i just completed our first property purchase in London with the help of Jade Leyens. This was not an easy process to say the least and we hit few snags along the way and we were at risk at one point of losing the property. However, from the day we reached out to Jade to register our interest in the property till the day we completed the transaction, Jade was with us along the way. She was patient, helpful and flexible. No doubt she was under pressure from the seller that she was representing, and some of that was passed on to us but that's her job at the end of the day. Jade truly provided us with a 5 star experience, she accommodated all of our requests, answered patiently all of our questions, and connected us with solicitors, insurance agents, interior designers. She represented the best interest of her company, the seller and provided a one stop shop service for us which is greatly appreciated.

I recently rent a house via Esher Knight Frank through a letting negotiator named Beth Tighe who has been helpful, understanding and constructive throughout the whole process. The best part is during the contract drafting, Beth managed to make the contract more flexible based on my personal situation, which I appreciate a lot.Additionally, Beth is professional and responsible before moving in. She pointed out the places in the house that have not been cleaned to the standards and suggested to the Landlord that cleaners come back to do it again.The only place that Knight Frank needs to improve is that remembering to include the holding deposit paid in the initial payments/Invoice. some customers may forget already paying the holding deposit.

Knight Frank Hungerford Office - Excellent service

Following a friend's successful house sale using Knight Frank's Hungerford office, we engaged KF Hungerford to sell my mother's house in south Oxfordshire after she moved into a care home. Rob and his team at KF Hungerford did an excellent job in putting a sale brochure together, with superb photographs, and getting a steady stream of serious viewers. The house was listed, with a thatched outbuilding, and wasn't an immediate sell, but KF found us a good buyer and supported us through the whole transaction process with patience, tact and efficiency. I recommend Knight Frank Hungerford Office, and would certainly use them again.

A challenging transaction made possible by Knight Frank

I bought via the selling agents Knight Frank. My own sale transaction turned into the stuff of nightmares and took 7 months to complete! Throughout this time I dealt with Michael Houlden at the Cambridge office of Knight Frank. Michael was brilliant throughout and had to do rather a lot of placating of his understandably increasingly anxious sellers. He’d check in with me from time to time and always offer sensible, but not overbearing, advice on how I might resolve the various obstacles in the way of my own sale. On top of that Michael always responded immediately to any queries I had. I’ve just woken up in my beautiful new home and I don’t think I’d have been able to say that unless I’d had the support, as I did, from Michael.

Switchboard person was rude and dropped the line twice after an enquiry that was based on my company doing business in the past. She was adamant that she was not interested even after i asked her if she was in a position to make decisions for the company, at which point she dropped the second time. My Experience with the Agency - Apartment Letting

My experience with the apartment letting agency KnightFrank has been overall positive. I have closely worked with the agent Sarah Rynne from the Aldgate KnightFrank office. She is extremely professional and a charismatic person - she helped with every issue we encountered along the way, and went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it, given we were quite stressed and inexperienced with the UK’s letting processes. It was an absolute pleasure having her help us out - and deserves a 10/10, same with the manager Andrew. At other times prior to meeting with Sarah, it felt as if we, tenants, had to ask for various information about our situation. There were times that we felt like we needed to specifically ask about certain details that are necessary to communicate coming from an agency. From our side (the tenants) we even felt like fish out of water when we had to go back to the physical agency to ask for more details, and perceived a sense of judgement from only a couple of surrounding agents that we did not directly deal with, as if “oh great, they are hear again” (mind you, we paid visit to the offices 4 times in 2 months lasting 2 minutes - asking for updates. That says everything). Now, I understand that some tenants don’t care about certain important details, but some do, since it’s not an insignificant amount of money we pay. However, these were some times that some agents could be more sympathetic about the situation, as some people feel more at ease if more important information is communicated rather than not. Overall, some parts of the process were excellent, some could use some adjustments!

Best moving experience with a KF agent!

My partner and I are currently in the process of relocating in London to a different apartment. Through out the process we were helped out by a lovely agent Louna Del Barrio. She even organised a second viewing for us, despite that not being a very common practice, many agencies would decline that request or deem it unreasonable. Yet we had some concerns about the prospect apartment, and Louna’s meticulousness and fast problem solving has solidified the decision to sign the contract and move in. From start to finish of signing the contract and moving in, Louna has been the biggest help we could have hoped for, very fast communication even on weekends and out of normal working hours. She dealt very quickly with any emergencies we had at move in and we always felt “taken care of” by Louna and Knight Frank in this process.
