Arabella and the team at KF Fulham were amazing in the way they handled my property sale from its initial valuation through to listing and exchange/completion. Communication and viewing feedback was succinct and timely with clear guidance and explanations provided to any questions that came up along the way. In a potentially difficult market (July 2023) the whole process from listing to exchange took less than 60 days. The turnaround time for photography and listing was impressive and also went that extra mile with some photos even redone at the agent’s insistence to ensure top quality images. Price expectations were met and since the property was initially empty I also valued KF’s guidance with respect to staging and photography. Thoroughly recommended.

Downsizing in Edinburgh

We are downsizing and are in the process of selling our house in Edinburgh and buying a flat, both through Knight Frank. Everyone we have dealt with at Knight Frank has been exceptionally professional and pleasant. Questions were answered promptly and many helpful suggestions made. Beautiful pictures were taken to advertise our property, a considerable number of potential buyers over a good few weeks viewed it and it is now sold. Also, during this time, a flat which exactly met our criteria was brought to our attention by Knight Frank and we are now in the process of buying it. Moving house is always a bit of a stressful experience but everyone we have dealt with at Knight Frank has made the process as easy and stress free as possible for us.

Knight Frank Review - Tunbridge Wells - Simon Biddulph

I was introduced to Simon Biddulph of Knight Frank (Tunbridge Wells) in May 2022 when we instructed him to market our farm / small holding property in Colemans Hatch. For a number of reasons this was a difficult property to market, and the sale process itself was very complex. Simon Biddulph having found a buyer was absolutely critical in the sale process. His great strength was communication and acting as the interface between us and the buyers. But for his efforts the sale would never have been concluded. By coincidence Knight Frank later on 2022 were marketing a property in Chuck Hatch; which precisely met our requirements in moving from Colemans Hatch. Simon Biddulph once again guided us through the sale process, and we can safely say once again but for his critical participation, in what was a purchase not without complications, we would not have secured the property. We have since recommended Knight Frank (Simon Biddulph) in the marketing of another property within the area, to which they have now been instructed, and a further property, both substantial, that will come to market in the coming markets. By way of summary Simon Biddulph has been the key element to our two successful property transactions within the last 12 months, and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

Tax return annual statements for properties service

I asked annual statements for tax return for 2 properties on 03 th of May Received 2 statements on 17 th of May : both with math mistakes, asked to check and send me back statements without mistakes, received on 30 th of May statements with math mistakes again . ( different )Again asked to check and send me statements again, still waiting. Sent a lot of emails, asked statements during telephone calls with property manager. Today is 03 th of July - 2 mounts later from first request and I still have not received correct annual statements.

Consistent and informative communication, always available for questions and quick to return calls etc. Harry and team in Cheltenham are everything a great estate agency should be.
