I don’t rate Knight Frank 5stars as estate agents, especially KF Ascot. They definitely don’t work in favour of tenants. Especially those that give so much loyalty. Fast service and thoughtful resolution

We’ve recently moved to the Wimbledon area from outside the UK. The property we are renting is fantastic, but a few items needed updating and fixing. Daniel Lloyd from Knight Frank has been assisting us with speedy turnaround and organizing repair technicians for a variety of issues. Although we’re early on in our time here, our experience with Daniel has been top notch so far!

Josh Ward-Brickett was our main contact on the letting side with Knight Frank. He kept us fully informed, organising the gardeners to blitz the garden and then sort out a contract. He also organised quotes for repairs, the EPC and gas to be checked. He was always very happy to help and ensure everything ran smoothly.
