Wonderful Service and Support from the Knight Frank team in Islington.Managing a property from the other side of the world can be overwhelming at times, particularly at the end of one tenancy and the beginning of another, but this team have been sensational. Natalie Dordoy was outstanding - flexible, resourceful, clear communication and exceptional attention to detail. Anton Robinson also went above and beyond. Fran is a gem!

5 minutes into our house valuation we knew Fran was 'the one' for us. During our initial meeting she explained the process clearly, didn't blind us with the usual estate agent jargon and made it clear that she would be with us every step of the way. With other estate agents we have been very frustrated with the lack of communication but Fran 'walked the walk' and gave us confidence in Knight Frank. She answered any queries promptly and was proactive throughout the process keeping us fully up to date with all developments. Unfortunately, due to land issues our sale was not as straight forward as expected but Fran dealt with our anxieties offering sound advice and making sure all parties communicated. We are now happily settled in our new home. Thank you Fran and the team at Bath Knight Frank.

I have been using Knight Frank’s property management services for my apartments in Landmark Pinnacle since last year.Compared with the other property management company that I used, the performance of Emma Soanes is so outstanding that I really feel lucky and rest assured having Emma as my property manager.I can feel Emma’s professionalism and caring attitude since day one.
