GoogleIt was an absolute pleasure to work with this company- Katarina put her full effort into securing my mortgage and always ensured every step was enjoyable, efficient and stress free. She is excellent at her job as always put me at ease, explained everything to me with kindness and works incredibly quickly. GoogleWe have instructed Ms Katarina Hambalkova at KFH as the mortgage broker during a chained sell and purchase. She is simply exceptional. Efficient, engaged, knowledgeable, and practical. Not only she provided us with an exceptional service but she also stepped in last minute before our exchange to update the mortgage offer to a better one that was made available. 10/10 absolutely recommended!!!

GoogleMight be a decent company for property owners but they are horrendous when it comes to tenants. The agents make promises that landlords will not agree to, we have had three property managers in three months, one of whom would take weeks to respond to emails and not answer phone calls, outstanding issues that were supposed to have been done before we moved in, low quality work by contractors selected by KFH, no oversight of contracted work. By far the worst estate agent and property management company we have dealt with in London.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWhere do I start … it went wrong from the very beginning, I guess. I asked for my landlord’s contact details before we moved in to our flat but was ignored. We moved in on Xmas eve and realised on Xmas day that the shower was not working. KFH of course had already closed for the holidays and left us with no way of contacting neither them nor the landlord meaning that we had to live without any hot water until January. Brrr. Did we get an apology when they finally got back from the holidays? Nope. It’s not improved since then. When it was time to negotiate a renewal, they gave us wrong legal advice, ignored us for 10 weeks, sent rather misleading emails (that looked like they tried to make us pay extra fees) and then called me a time-waster and threatened us with eviction … five-star service, guys. GoogleAvoid hiring KFH for block management services at all costs. The level of service provided to my estate by KFH is absolutely dire and has only got progressively worse as the years have gone on. The Team Leader Tom ignores all emails, never answers the phone or responds to voicemails, and maintenance problems that are reported go unfixed for months on end. Residents report issues in a timely manner but the issues are then ignored by KFH for months until they get more severe and then more costly to residents to repair. Serious security and accessibility issues such as broken locks, door panels and lifts are fail to be addressed and service charge demands are sent out months late - in breach of legal requirements.

GoogleI would not rent another property through KFH, nor use them for my own property in the future. The handover was shocking and it took more than 2 months to get the inventory report, which was full of errors. We have had a multitude of maintenance issues from Day 1 (broken window and lock to entrance, amongst numerous other issues) which to date have not been attended to more than 3 months later. The maintenance manager, has not actioned a single item even though we have been in direct contact with the owner to get his authorisations and assistance.

GoogleIt has now been over 1 month since moving into our property let by KFH. We are nothing short but disappointed by the service provided. KFH have let us down on multiple occasions and continuously fail to address issues. They have a poor level of communication and rarely answer our phone calls or emails. Our well-being has not been prioritised and we have been left without key compliances in what is meant to be a furnished property. We have provided ample opportunities for them to fix these issues (e.g. we have cancelled plans, stayed in the property waiting for maintenance, promptly responded to all correspondence, and agreed the landlord can access the property whilst we are not in) which they have ignored or have cancelled last minute. They have constantly put blame on to us as tenants and also lie despite us having written proof of correspondence and agreements made. We feel that KFH’s intentions are purely monetary and they have no regard for our welfare and living conditions.

Google5 Star rating+++! I have to say KFH is the most professional company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was fortunate to have James C as my mortgage adviser, who provided an exceptional, professional service throughout. I would like to thank him personally for his support in finding and securing me the right mortgage in a timely manner, which meant I avoided the recent interest rate rises that came in shortly afterwards. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Thank you KFH and James! :)

GoogleCompletely useless. So many issues through out the tenancy with many never being resolved. To name a few: significant boiler issues, non-functioning dishwasher and a property which wasnt even watertight and flooded regularly damaging posessions. Issues took so long to resolve (many of which we had to resolve ourselves - including the flooding issue). The communication and urgency was non - existant with staff displaying a complete lack of care towards us whilst siding with the landlord absent of comprimise. Finally the nightmare that was trying to get the deposit returned at the end was a farce. In summary a company which offered no support and made living in the property unpleasant even in light of the absurdly high rent costs for a badly functioning property.

Mortgage application sent through mid week, approved by end of week with Valuation in for the Tuesday next week and a mortgage offer issued the very next morning. Could not of asked for a better/faster/more reliable service than that of what James Coles provided. Also there to answer questions any time of the day and promptly and worked hard to get the best possible mortgage for myself. GoogleAs first time buyers we received exceptional service from the entire team at KFH from start to finish. I highly recommend them if you are a first time buyer. Even if they are not the estate agents on the transaction, they can still help you with everything else. They have the full service package from organising the searches to allocating you a mortgage broker and solicitor. They’ll help you through the entire process step by step. We had many complications over the course of our process to do with EWS1 certificates which went on for months, and they were very supportive and professional throughout. In particular a special thanks to our mortgage broker and solicitor (which was recommended by KFH). I couldn’t have asked for better service from them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
