Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Denying and playing down problems with property. Pest not addressed in over 10 months. Stay away from rental team if you can.

Have just bought our first flat through KFH Wimbledon and have been so impressed by them, specifically Linda. First of all for finding us our dream flat and then just being extremely helpful throughout the whole process in which we were novices! I think it was save to say Linda went above and beyond to make sure we were always in the know and informed as much as possible through a fairly daunting process! Thanks again Linda :)

My partner and I recently completed on a property in Streatham. We mainly dealt with Joel, but on occasion also a couple of others from the branch. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful, and Joel kept us informed throughout the whole process with regular updates. We highly recommend them as an estate agent.

We would highly recommend Med and Heather to anyone who is looking for financial advise. They are proactive, reliable, trustworthy and very knowledgeable about the whole conveyancing process. They assisted us twice and also advised lot of our friends who were able to step on the ladder thanks to great mortgage deals. We are very grateful to them

My fiancee and I have been using Jack Brownsmead in KFH's Earlsfield managing agents' office to manage our tenanted flat in Earlsfield (SW18). Jack has been fantastic for the last couple of years now. Really user friendly and responsive and really helpful to bounce ideas off. The tenants thought he was great as well. Jack's colleagues in the finance team were also great in getting clear, reliable statements prepared. Would highly recommend.

In a difficult market the service we have received from KFH Wimbledon has been wonderful. Jessica, Linda and all the team have taken the time to help us through the process and as such it has been fairly plain sailing. Moving a family of 5 after a long period of time was always going to have it's challenges and they were very patient, kind and professional with us. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely pleasant experience. They are very responsive from the moment you contact them for a viewing and Simon Jermak was very friendly and professional. They organise themselves quite well so even if you're agent has taken a day off, there is always someone filling in and you get a response in no time.

Marlene was extremely helpful with our change of share, great communication Great at mediation between us and the landlord super good job

My experience of working with KFH and in particular Kirsty B has been second to none throughout my rental process. Kirsty has been proactive, efficient and attentive to make what usually can be a difficult process, as smooth as possible. Thank you

I've been a tenant with KFH for a while now and recently had a tenancy renewal with Kirsty Burke. We had a few challenges along the way due to one of the new tenants and Kirsty was so incredibly helpful. She was super responsive and gave us great advice to ensure that the renewal lease went as smoothly as possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Great service from Andree in property management. Anytime I have reported an issue as a tenant she has responded quickly and dealt with the issue very efficiently.

Our broker James Cole gave us the best advice and above all, he was very attentive and patient to all our inquiries. As a first time buyer, I felt safe in his hands. James’ extensive knowledge combined with his efficient yet friendly approach helped us to get the mortgage offer quicker than expected. Thanks ever so much.

Me and my friends rented a place near London Bridge for 3 years. KFH has been very professional since the beginning. Everything was smooth and there were no issues at all. Ben Rayner is very responsive and always deals with our queries as soon as possible. Overall, we had a very good experience with KFH and would definitely recommend anyone to use this agency.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We used KFH to find our second student home and they are by far the most helpful agents we have used. Particularly Holly, our allocated agent has been brilliant, professional and extremely responsive and helped massively with each step of the process. She's helped make the move in process easy and stress free! Would recommend highly, very student friendly!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I would give zero stars if I could. We have been renting with KFH for 8 months and when we moved in a leaking pipe rapidly caused a very severe and dangerous black mould problem, which STILL hasn’t been adequately addressed. Our property manager Denniesha took weeks to respond to emails and took absolutely no action on the issue. Eventually we had to go to the landlord directly to try to sort the issue. Being ignored and not taken seriously and having to send 3 follow up emails to even get a half arsed response has caused a huge and unnecessary amount of stress to an already stressful situation. This isn’t even going into the fact that when we moved in the house was completely full of the previous tenants belongings which KFH had failed to remove. Stay away - never had such horrific customer service from start to finish.

I'm not sure how this company is for lettings/sales but they manage the communal areas of my flat. The branch I unfortunately have to deal with whenever there is an issue makes it difficult to resolve anything and makes it very clear that they really do not want to be bothered. I have had an emergency twice, once with water leaking into communal areas and once where they changed the gate code without telling residents so a few of us were locked out. Not once did the emergency out of hours contact for KFH actually respond. My most recent dealing was to inform them that our communal fire alarm was not working, which is obviously serious. I was passed from pillar to post and when I eventually reached someone who could apparently assist, she spoke over me and was again unhelpful. I have raised complaints and they have been ignored. If anybody actively chooses to work with this company, you are out of your mind! It may be ok when they are getting commissions and seeing some money, but when an issue arises, they do not want to know. Rude, unhelpful and generally terrible.

Useless, unresponsive, unbothered. They don’t answer phone calls during working hours, but their emergency line doesn’t get back to you either. Months to solve some basic tasks, apparently they work 1 day per week otherwise there’s no explanation. Our bathroom ceiling collapsed on our heads in October 2023 and they still haven’t managed to get insurance involved. Communal lights in the garden outside haven’t been working for ages and still aren’t, but no one bothers to address the issue. Good luck dealing with them.

KFH are one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They failed to provide the landlord’s certificate in relation to the sale of my flat in the time period as set out in the government guidance. This almost compromised the entire sale and they were also incredibly (and unnecessarily) rude in the process. Many emails went unanswered and you get passed around teams. They charged me hundreds of pounds to provide a “seller’s pack” to be able to sell and then failed to supply everything required as part of that pack. Avoid like the plague - absolutely shocking service.

I'd give this company negative stars if I could. From inconsistent responses to maintenance requests (if any) to messing up residents account they've ticked all the possible boxes when is about lack of professionalism and gross incompetence. For the past 5 years and a half, since I live in a development managed by KFH, KFH employees: * always failed to send the budget on time, * messed up the finances of the development (residents who paid for their services and have direct debit set up get referred to solicitor for having unpaid debt), * sent us all kind of dodgy contractors who did more damaged that repair the existing issues (talking here about plumbing, door entry system, lifts), * ignored or simply delayed to take measures to rectify the security related issues and residents ended up with their property being damaged or stolen, * failed to obtain important documents from the developer when the so called handover took place, * failed to arrange maintenance contracts, * failed for years to collect the unpaid debt which led to not paying the contractors, which affected our RTM company credit score, * failed to put in place a handover process when they changed managing agents (this acted like a factory reset...every time a new person joined, we had to start from scratch with reporting existing issues or restart the improvement work), * lied through their arses the residents numerous times blaming the sun, the moon, the contractors, other residents etc most of the time someone made a complaint, in the happy scenario they bothered to respond to a complaint. The list can go on and on. For anyone who reads my comment, avoid having to do business with them especially if names as Richard Benson, Carl Warland, Lauren Brooks, Denisha Wallace, James Hewitt-Lee come up. Their incompetence doesn’t come at a cheap price at all.

We used the Raynes Park branch to sell our property and based on our experience we can see why options such as Purple Bricks are doing so well. I would have expected the cost difference of using a KFH to be reflected in the service but it really did not. We asked that we were consulted on bookings in advance of them being made, usually we were not and we often had to chase. When we had an offer on the property, communications were not managed well with our buyers which created friction and ultimately led to them pulling out at the last minute costing us a lot of money in lost legal and surveyor fees. A suggested revised accelerated marketing campaign was an unfortunate waste of time and seemed only to encourage offers well below what we could accept despite us being very clear on our expectations. This all led to us reluctantly taking our property off the market and losing our onward purchase. Should we choose to go back on again, we see no reason why we would use KFH again.

After getting and married and finding out I was pregnant my husband and I decided it was time to move out of our house share and look for a 2 bed long-term flat to let. We started off well with lots being recommended to us after viewing a couple we found one we like & We filled in an application for the property and went about our day. Due to my husband being self employed and both of us only being in London for just under a year he was required to provide 1 guarantor... No problems we had those details passed over and the agent carried on with our application. So not only with his income, my full time employment and a guarantor we were told that we were good applicants untill I received a call around 3pm from the agent asking for another guarantor, this time it was because the landlord had been informed of my pregnancy. Despite the fact that maternity leave hadn't been discussed or agreed, this landlord and agency expected my husband and I to have 2 guarantors earning 6x the monthly rent (1450pcm) all because he had assumed my salary would drop when I have a baby. After explaining how my maternity would work ,the agency asked if its possible to get the 2nd guarantor. As disappointed as we were we agreed but explained it would take until the end of the day (5:30pm) To get this sorted, less than an hour later the agency called to say they had given the flat to another applicant even though they had agreed to wait. I feel like I was discriminated against because I was pregnant as the application was given the go ahead until KFH informed the landlord of our situation. Will not recommend ever.

Was looking for a rental property in SW19 and dealt with Adrian Gray at the Wimbledon branch. He was professional and friendly, his knowledge of the local market was better than anyone else we spoke to. He managed to find us the type of property we were looking for and didn't waste our time. We would definitely use KFH again in future and in particular Adrian.

We currently rent out a couple of properties in Wimbledon and the local area through KFH. Our main point of contact is Adrian Gray who is always professional, efficient and very knowledgeable of the market. I would highly recommend KFH for their great service, especially Adrian for finding us lovely and reliable tenants and always being at the end of the phone if you need him.
