GoogleAwful, exploitative and will say anything to make a sale. Was promised the day before moving into a rental property that the property had been cleaned and bad repairs to the walls made by previous tenants had been fixed. We arrived to a filthy house - crumbs on the floor and in the cupboards, cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the walls, dust on everything and stained carpets. There were still holes in the walls. On phoning to ask about the condition of the flat was told that they didn't manage the property and I would have to take it up with the landlord, despite their promises that they had inspected the flat before we moved in. Disgraceful and not only would I never recommend, I would actively caution against using them.

GoogleUnbelievably terrible at managing property. They ghost every email, even ones about safety or bills. I’ve literally been waiting for a response about fire safety works for 4 months. Terrifying to work with them. The only time they ever reply is when they’re asking for more and more and more money.

They never respond to your messages, and even if you visit their office, all they do is take your details and promise to get back to you. However, they never follow up, even when they have a property that matches your requirements. Completely unprofessional and unreliable service. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for serious assistance.

GoogleFor the past 2 months we have been searching for a 2 bedroom property around the area and I can honestly say I was very impressed with KFH, more specifically with the support and service provided by Marta.
I generally don't rely on state agents because I find them rude and entitled but Marta was incredibly dedicated and responsive. She was the first agent to contact me back and provide me with many apartment options throughout the process. She never failed to ask more questions if we didn't find what we wanted and really understood our requirements. I would highly recommend her for all your property search needs.

GoogleThe team at KFH were outstanding. Lucy and Linda chose to regularly call with updates rather than just send messages, and these small touches are what makes a great difference. There was a chain buyer in my sale, and this has always made me concerned in the past as it can cause delays. But they handled both sales magnificently, and got my property exchanged before Christmas, whilst under pressure to do so. Highly recommend, and they would be my first choice agent in the area in the future.

GoogleI contacted Adrian Gray for help in finding my family & I a 3 bed property to rent in Wimbledon. I was aware that we were demanding clients with a clear set of requirements and a strict budget.Adrian was reliable, courteous and good humoured. Crucially her took the time to understand what we wanted and didn't waste our time with unsuitable properties- which many agents do! The search was stressful but Adrianmade it as pleasant as it could have been and he was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He was flexible, friendly and had a great can-do attitude. in the end Adrian didn't find the property we chose but he was still an enormous help and I couldn't recommend him more highly. He is a real credit to KFH.

GoogleWe planned to move to Wimbledon, and after working with several agents we rented an apartment through KFH.
The whole process was efficient, thorough and professional.
Adrian was friendly, helpful and responsive. When entering the house, we found that it was not so cleaned as we expected, but Adrian and the rest of the team managed to have it cleaned. Satisfied and highly recommended. As an area of improvement, Adrian would need to work on issue management, putting himself in customer´s shoes and work from customer´s side rather than denying the issue.

She listened very carefully to our needs and came up with a list of properties that as close as possible met all of our expectations. GoogleAs a landlord of 15 properties, I always use KFH. I have worked this KFH Wimbledon for years and they are my preferred agent. They are professional, keep long hours and are always there at the end of the phone to help. They let properties quickly and achieve high rents for me and always provide honest feedback in order to adjust the price either up or down. They won't under price properties for a quick let and neither will they persist in a high price if they need it genuinely needs to drop. They never waste time. They are never difficult with me and are flexible with terms because they invest in the long term with landlords and are not in for a quick buck. That is why they are the first agent I call if I need to let a flat. If tenancies are terminated early, KFH will promptly refund any overpaid fees without me chasing and without argument. I really like working with the Lettings manager Oliver who is efficient, professional, flexible to negotiation and yet can be tough when he needs to be which is exactly who I want on my side.

GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Simon Patton and the team at KFH Lettings in Wimbledon. Contrary to everything you may hear about Estate Agents these guys certainly break the mould! My flat was advertised to let and viewings were lined up before it even went "live" The network of the KFH braches all work together and I had viewings from 3 different offices which was impressive. Simon listened, was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and provided some super tenants for the listed asking price. He and Nicole kept me constantly up to date on progress and were there if I had any queries. I would definitely recommend KFH. In my experience it has been worth paying for an agent to find the right tenants, run all the necessary checks and make sure all parties are happy with terms and conditions etc AND turn the whole thing round in a matter of weeks.
