GoogleDo not rent with this agency. Two months we've been having cold showers in winter and they could not care less. They haven't visited the property in years they don't even have a key, they lost it! They keep rolling contracts over so there's no end of tenancy clean or inventory check. Place was filthy when I moved in. If you raise any issue with them they redirect you to a portal or just ignore you. Honestly makes me want to top myself living here.

GoogleTerrible experience with this agency. The property managers are incompetent and rude, especially Tiffany and Nick, who seemed to have every excuse in the book for why issues weren’t resolved and why our deposit was not returned on time. They ignore responsibilities and break laws, showing zero professionalism or accountability. Communication was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving us frustrated and out of pocket.

GoogleWe received a fantastic service from KFH Wimbledon, Linda and Lucy in particular were really helpful, got to know our preferences and found us the perfect property. Linda supported us through the process, although traditionally agents work on behalf of the vendor, Linda and the team were always on hand to provide information, support and as first time buyers this was invaluable. We just moved in and couldn't be happier! Thanks again

Communication was excellent and supportive throughout - Kevin was always on hand with his expertise to answer all my questions and guide me through the process. GoogleI got stood up by an agent (J. I.) after we were emailing about the appointment the whole morning. I arrived at the location a couple of minutes before the set time, and the current tenant said the agent had already left. No heads up or an email I called their offices cause I had no direct mobile number and he justified it as “I wasn’t sure whether the viewing was confirmed”. He said he tried to call me however we were emailing up to that and point so not sure why he didn’t continue there. Just plain unprofessional. Went all the way across town for nothing, and wasted my Saturday.

James was always at the end of the phone, e-mail, zoom call with sometimes only 30 minutes notice when I needed his advice. Such a good experience on what can be a really overwhelming experience when buying a property. Thanks both!

GoogleI have been using KFH as my leasing agent for the past 4 years and have been very satisfied with their customer service and speed of communication. I don't like in the UK so all our communication is via emails, but they have always been very responsive. Most recently, Jodie was the agent helping me and she was really great, always checking in with the tenant and keeping me up to date with the negotiation. Thank you Jodie & the KFH team for your support.

GoogleI was referred to Med Moroglu by friends to assist us with obtaining the mortgage for our first home. It was a long 9 month stressful process and Med was there to support us every step of the way and we couldn't have succeeded without his knowledge, professionalism and always had our best interest in mind. He was never too busy to take our calls and takes his time to get the best outcome. With the help of Heather Jones who is organised, on top of deadlines and responsive. Can't recommend them enough.

The whole team were amazing throughout the process of us buying our first property, which was a long and difficult process to say the least! We dealt with a number of agents and professionals along the way but James by far was one of the best. As a broker he arranged our offer and any amendments in record timing and we are so grateful for all his hard work. He goes above and beyond for his clients, KFH are lucky to have him as an employee!

GoogleAfter months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further, quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

Google(Keith was a real pleasure to talk and raise things with. I wish all workers in this specific branch were like him (professional). BUT: FLAT CONDITIONS: Despite being a lovely flat, it was not ready to move in: the oven was not working and it took them weeks to be repaired, broken bed frame, the kitchen sink was about to flood because of an issue with the pipes and it took them days (the water got rotten and the house very smelly) and endless calls to send someone over. It was not until the washine machine flooded and I ended with a pool in the living room that they sent someone over, and it also took them days. They (the property manager and their boss) say that the landlord was unresponsive, which I can believe, and that they had to wait for the landlord to aprove or to pay for repairs in advance, but is NOT my problem if this is how they do it logistically: I was already paying rent and agency fees. DEPOSIT: When I left the flat, they wanted to charge £140 for cleaning expenses, when I took the flat with clutter that I had not get rid of and the flat was not precisely clean. They also wanted to charge £35 for having left "tenant belongings", which were my favourite clothes that I was saving in a drawer for my last days in London. I emailed them just in case they had them and I did not even get a response. I tried to negotiate and asked for the receipts for the cleaning expenses: no response to date. Luckily, I submited a claim to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and it has been positively resolved for me. P.S.: 0 stars should be an option.

GoogleWhat can we say about KFH Mortgage Consultant/Broker Dominic Wallis and his Operations Administrator Heather Froment Jones . What a team and proper life savers! We were recommended to use them in mid 2022 when we decided to look into buying a property and they have made the experience actually bearable - making the mortgage process really smooth. Not only is Dominic professional, knowledgeable and helpful - he’s kind and goes above and beyond his job description. From the start of the process Dominic gave us the best options and rates available for our specific situation and saved us going from bank to bank. He has special rates and some are not available directly from banks. The application process was straight forward using their portal and he was always responsive when we needed help. He advised we take 5 years fixed rate and not long after everything went upside down with rates and bank of England, so we are so grateful for these 5 years without worry! He was there when one of our sellers pulled out and he easily changed the mortgage for us to a new property when needed. He gave advice about many things that are truly priceless. We also had to extend our mortgage’s expiry date as the process was delayed and we were so scared to lose it and lose the rate. Dominic made it easy for us to renew for another month which meant we were finally able to relax and complete in time! He has been a real support to us, especially when we struggled with issues with our solicitor. He was there listening when we were about to lose it and had to vent for a while! Heather has also been a diamond, following up and making sure the solicitor updates us on everything going on. She is super efficient, obliging and competent. Every friend who I have recommended Dominic and Heather to has been happy with the service. The fee is worth every penny and is a lifetime support! Whenever it’s time for us to renew our rate, we will know that we are in safe hands. Buying a property is hard enough - but with Dominic it actually makes it tolerable! Can’t fault them and can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleThe service and support provided by James Cole and Sharon Seale whilst progressing through applying and securing a mortgage has been fantastic. During difficult moments, they were helpful and made sure to answer our queries in a swift fashion. It was clear from our first meeting with James that he was very well prepared and had spent time making sure that all of our requirements would be met, which was not the case with other mortgage brokers we spoke with. Would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Google8/9/2025 see other reviews in order to see more up to date pictures and the shocking state of our flat 1/5/2025Unable to update photos leaks worse than ever 25/4/2025 what have they done with our money leaks are worse than ever now we have loads of fire safety issues some should have been resolved years ago we pay them to manage our block and finances !!! 2 more property managers since 8/2024 speaks for its self 27/12/2024 Lets hope the new company can turn things around we still have leaks don't buy a flat in leith towers sutton poorly maintained !We purchased our flat directly from kf hwhen it was refurbished in the 80s little did we know they cant manage they sold the block off and still 5/12/24 no change 5 star reviwws for selling morgages but not able to manage properties i guess there are good bonuses for selling morygages 5/4/24 leaks are worse still kfh taking our money not maintaining our propwrty dont use them 6/12/2023 We now have an excellant property manager works harder than any other in almost 40 years Daniel Kempner just hope he sticks with us the 6th since 2020 but directors need to put there hand in there pockets as they are responsable for not managing our finances,Kfh have allowed our money to be wasted and payed un qualified contractors to do sub standard work nothing short of thieves block management Do not respond to emails or phone calls or urgent mantenance issues 25/9/22 1year3 months on sinçe I originally posted this review nothing has changed 5th property manager since March 2020 no apology since original review we have fire safety issues!!!!!! no plan and tried to blame it on flat owners, senior staff still sending us round in circles the roof to our building is in very poor condition We have had leaks into our property for 15 yeRs water penetrating our electrics and ceiling and wall cavaties have had a series of dodgy repairs ect and a bunch of cowboys have made things worse we are not alone the boards favoured contractor we were told I might add this contractor was sourced by kfh we pay very high maintenance for nothing to be maintained properly just botched actually still sending us round and round in circles

GoogleKFH manage a rental flat in the building I live in, and their handling of an ongoing nuisance has been nothing short of disgraceful. For the best part of a year, the tenants in that flat have been generating overpowering, persistent cooking fumes on a daily basis. This isn’t about disliking certain foods, this is thick, greasy, lingering air that fills the communal hallways and seeps into neighbouring properties. It’s invasive, unhygienic, and makes living in the building deeply unpleasant. Despite raising this issue multiple times, KFH’s response has been next to nothing. A vague comment about having “asked the tenants to be considerate,” then a link to the council website, that’s it. No follow-up. No inspection. No responsibility taken. Just box-ticking and a complete absence of meaningful property management. They clearly have no interest in the condition of the property they manage, the experience of those living nearby, or the long-term consequences of their inaction. To any landlords considering using KFH: think very carefully. Based on what I’ve seen, your property could suffer long-term damage while KFH sit back and do nothing, and when issues pile up, don’t expect them to take ownership. Their priority is collecting fees, not managing your asset. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleConducting viewings while I was a tenant in a property and were very unprofessional, have stayed in the whole day after a confirmation it was going ahead this and then found out the property was under offer after cancelling my plans. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this estate agents either as when I was viewing property’s to let they were very unprofessional in their Morden office. And I had issues there with putting an offer in on a property that was already under offer which was a complete waste of time. Would avoid using these now after this, completely disorganised and lost money from cancelling plans for a viewing after I went out of my way to stay in for it!

GoogleKFH rent out our flat in Lee and they have been absolutely brilliant. They have never dropped the ball or made even a spelling mistake on the paperwork. They advertised our flat, showing around 30 people around within a week and we received multiple offers above the asking price. Our current tenants then decided to stay and they said “fantastic” and didn’t charge us anything for all the work they’d done looking for new tenants. The communication from Gemma and the team is excellent and they always remind us of things we’ll in advance. Thank you, it has made our lives much easier not having to worry about anything to do with the flat.
