Great service as always! Very impressed throughout the process. Between the team, Darren, Olivia and Jack at the Crofton Park branch it felt like they brought certainty in a slightly unpredictable market. Each of the team acted with professionalism, and impressed at the people they managed to get through the door before the listing went live, and how they conducted viewings (we have house cats). We are currently using KFH as our mortgage broker and thus far we have been pleasantly surprised. Other areas of our moving home journey have left a little to be desired on the communication front but KFH have been excellent. We were assigned James Coles, who stepped in when our initial broker went on leave. James has been patient, thorough and most importantly proactive. All correspondence has been prompt and helpful. It would have been great if they could have regularly come by to handle repairs on our property. Working together has been quite a challenge for these guys. Honestly, I feel like I’ve thrown away 36 grand. Their relationship management really needs improvement. They seemed to struggle with understanding when it wouldn't be possible for them to visit, like when my dog was at home or when I was working remotely. It was also disappointing that they didn’t take into account the disability we have in the family. They weren't able to negotiate with the landlord to fix issues like dampness or broken heating. Whenever we brought up challenges, they often seemed to brush them off, and if things got tough, they would just stop replying to our emails. Bad experience and so so happy to be out of that contract now! That tenancy was such a constant life and money drain!

As a landlord I would think very strongly about using the KFH residential managed property services. It’s a shame as it started off well, however their service just got worse over time. A good example of this is when in between tenants KFH registered my neighbours utility bills in my name. This has resulted in 9 months of hell. I now have a debt of £1800.00 and a legal threat from the utility company. KFH have made no real efforts to try and resolve this and intact their lack of care, concern and general customer service has made the whole situation a lot worse. I would never normally leave a review like this, but I have now reached the end of the road Witt them. Use with care.

We are moving out of our flat and have had awful experiences with Lucy and Frankie. They showed up to our flat unannounced with people to view, were extremely pushy with viewings and would not work around our work schedules and worst of all when we gave them keys to our flat for one day they wanted to refuse to return them to us prior to our move out and tried to let themselves in to our flat with said keys without our consent.

I moved into my house in October 2020, and the service from KFH has been totally abysmal. We had a huge radiator leak which caused a lot of water damage in the house and the response from KFH Blackheath was with barely any urgency at all. We were without the radiators so no heating in the rooms for a whole month because KFH were so slow at getting hold of the contractors. In addition to this, we have been chasing the insulation and windows being replaced in the front hall since January this year and again, slow email responses and needing to be reminded for updates constantly by us. When the contractors finally arrived this week they said 'what is it that I'm supposed to be doing then?' Clearly KFH are not doing their job. Even our landlord has apologised to us for the shocking service from them and that the contractors they have chosen are not up to the bar either. It's embarrassing. We recently started renting through KFH Fulham and it’s been such a nice change from the absolutely atrocious real estates agents you get in London. The entire team from the people showing us around places, to getting the lease signed were lovely. But now we’re having a great experience with our property manager Andria. She’s helped us out so much, from getting broken things around the place from the last tenants fixed, to getting us a new washing machine as the current one was on its way out. My wife and I recently needed help looking for an apartment in London. Our agents name was Matt Gouldand has to be by far the best agent out of about 15 we have used whole searching for somewhere nice to live in London.
